I pretty much agree, the show is mostly based on Greek mythology and we have seen some signs of mythology in the show. Tartarus must be the underworld or at least a nickname for Hades. But anyway, it must be shown in some ways.

I would've thought they would just stick with calling it the stereotypical "netherworld" or "underworld" like alot of shows do. I wouldn't have expected them to cross such a line.

I'm surprised they even used such a reference in this show. I mean Tartarus literally means Hell in another language...Surprising they would have such a reference in there. Or even a Cerberus for that matter.

Pretty much. I live down in the south where men are prided on being "manly and tough" so to speak. So I'm afraid to let just anybody know I watch this show or they might call me a bunch of names and make fun of me. Back when I was younger boys would get made fun of like you wouldn't believe for liking a show like this. The Powerpuff Girls are one example.

I honestly couldn't see Discord changing at first. That was a big shock to me. But maybe he's actually just more mischievous than he is evil kinda like Mister Mxyzptlk from Superman.

Thanks, My gf told me about the forum and got me into the MLP show and then after that it sorta grew on me and I was hooked.

I've had lucid dreams before but now they're kinda blurry. I can't really remember enough to say. I had one again recently but now the rest is a blur.

Anyway, Hey everyone. I just got here. Now I can introduce myself.

Sometimes I've known people to be like what their Avatars represent. I've seen it a few times on some forums at least. Anyway yeah.

EDIT: I don't mean I judge them based on that though.

I always thought it represented magic...O.o I remember the episode where she first got her cutie mark and that was her talent.

I'm thinking it probably will be permanent. I was surprised that it happened so early in the series though. I wasn't expecting it till real late like the very end. But I did sorta expect it to happen.
