Click on your username at the top of the screen. When the drop down menu shows up click 'My Settings' it will bring you to edit your profile. Once there on the left side of the screen find the Tab marked 'Notification Options' and click it from there you can choose specific things to be emailed about or uncheck them all and you will not be emailed about anything on the site. Once you have checked or unchecked what you want make sure to click 'Save' at the bottom.
