Okay, first of all I wouldn't.

 

But in the assumption that I suddenly get a reason to, I'd go for an assassination with Earth tech. Be the stealthiest and all. In the chaos of their deaths I'd appear, using my unique appearance (we didn't become ponies did we?) and Earth tech to give myself a messiah-esque status to the ponies. Impress them enough to be instated as a leader of the nation in disarray. I'd implement technological progress, mostly just to see what would happen.

I'd just offer Celestia a life-time supply of bananas in exchange for the throne; and then make Luna my actual waifu slave due to the power granted to me.

And with my new power as ruler I would use it for unlimited pony booty on command.

Okay first of all there is no religion in Equestria, so there's no need to even imagine them meeting Jesus. Second, Eauestira is a different world/plane from ours, so why would we even have Jesus there? Third, they wouldn't know who he is, nor what he represents, thus they would not convert to Christianity. Fourth, according to the Christian belief, Jesus died for our sins; Jesus didn't die for the ponies sins. The outcome would be equal to if a brony went to Equestria.

This is a dumb question, to be honest.
