hmm the only weird thing that I do is that when no one is around. i'll sit down and start writing about my past. i'll do this for a while then i'll get really into it and write more, if its a happy memory i'll sing, hum, or whistle a happy tune. but if its a sad memory ill do the same except in a sad tune.
