  1. That finale was pretty amazing! It couldn't have ended any better, in my opinion. It's hard to believe this journey has finally come to an end. I've been following the Avatar series since I was only ten. Everything good has to come to an end eventually, I suppose. Let's not be sad that it's over, but happy that we got to experience this story together. Now excuse me as I go tearbend some more...

  2. What is it with the weak characters being proposed? XD

Sorry, dude, but Dark Schneider solos them all with a casual flick of his wrist. The guy alone can destroy a whole galaxy, and thats just in his base form

Wait! I have a new team!

    • Haruhi Suzumiya-Since she's basically God she could alter the universe, and bend it to her will.
    • Madoka Kaname-

She becomes an omnipotent God at the end of the anime.

    • Truth-The omnipotent god from Fullmetal Alchemist. You know, the being Edward meets at the Gate of Truth?

My team of High School Girl Gods, and Truth is unstoppable!  :derp:

  3. China has never really interested me all that much before. Like all nations, there's both good and bad things about China. For example, while China has good food they've also had a nasty dictator in the last 100 years (Mao Zedong). China also appears to be overpopulated, and has an awful lot of pollution. On the up side, they also have a pretty cool looking written language. I wouldn't mind visiting China one day. I think seeing places like Hong Kong, and Taiwan could be pretty fun.

  4. The United Kingdom is a pretty impressive nation. They have a ton of achievement's under their belt, and the modern world would be a very different place had the UK never existed. Even to this day, they're still relevant with their popular pop tunes and what not.

Off-Topic: My biological father, who was simply the sperm donor my parent's picked off of a list happened to be British. This would mean I have a decent amount of British blood flowing through my veins. This may explain why I enjoy colonizing foreign lands in Civilization V so much.

  5. Just finished Road to Ninja: Naruto the Movie. Saw it for the first time in English. I really enjoyed this one. Usually anime movies are meh or bleh, but this one was really solid. Really love the fact Naruto spends time with his parents too. Naruto has always been one the influential things in my life, so seeing this again in English really hit home for me.

Gahh! I was at Wal-Mart last night and they had this movie, and it was only fifteen bucks. I almost bought it, but I didn't. Now I wish I would have, haha!

Anyways, I'm currently watching Future Diary (Mirai Nikki) and loving it!  :muffins:

  6. My first name is English with the meaning of "God's Peace", and my last name is German.

You should search about your great grandparents and what they did in ww1. You never know what regiment your great grandparent was in. He may have won many medals. It's so fascinating what you find out from your families military past.

I find this interesting as well. I know my great grandfather was in the US navy during World War 2.

  7. I love conventions! It sucks though, since I usually go to them alone. Going with friends is much more fun than being alone, but whatever. At least I still manage to go to the cons, which I'm thankful for. Anyways, I generally only go to anime conventions. They can be pretty darn fun if done correctly. I love walking into the hotel for the first time on the con weekend, and seeing everybody in their costumes. :D

  8. I actually had to do this as a project for Social Studies back in 7th grade, but I of course have no recollection whatsoever of how I made my country. Anyways, I have some time to kill until I go to a friend's house so I'll quickly throw something together.

    Name- Freeland

    FlagztWBRuk.png

Location- A small Pacific Island, that was used as a military base in World War 2 by the Americans.

    Type of government- Federal Republic

Economy-Capitalist. Oil money is one of the major incomes.

    Three holidays-

    • Gun Day-'Muricans like their guns.
    • Pie Day-Like Pi day, but with actual Pie. Pumpkin pies, apple pies, and maybe even a pinkie pie or two.
    • Freedom day-July 4th, Ironically enough.
    • CHRISTMAS!!!!!

Brief history-As the United States began to decline, many found themselves fleeing to Freeland. Freeland uses the United States's constitution.

How does your country protect itself- They have leftover weaponry from World War 2, albeit it being very outdated. Also, everyone is given a state-issued 870 Remington Shotgun, AR-15 Rifle, and 1911 pistol.

Square miles-It's about the same size as Taiwan.

Climate- Nice weather year round. Well, except for the nasty pacific storms.

    Population-Around 20 million.

Political parties-There are liberals, and republicans as Americans inhabit this island.

    Area comparative(the size of)-Taiwan.

Elevation-High enough. Marijuana is legal after all

Life expectancy-73 years, due to US medical technology being used on this island.

Unemployment rate-3%. There are jobs for everybody here! Whether it be that guy standing in the bathroom of a classy restaurant holding towels, or the wal-mart greeters.

Natural hazards-Those pacific storms can be quite fierce.

  9. Yes, I'm a bit stressed at the moment. It's been six months since I graduated high school, and I'm still jobless. I had a job, but I hated it and quit. I didn't want to be a retail slave. Anyways, my cat keeps peeing on the carpet which isn't a good sign since we know she had bad kidneys and not a whole lot of time left. My parents have been a lot more stressful lately, and they've been arguing a little more than I'd like.

Another thing on my mind, some friends of mine are having a a get together this weekend and I was invited on Facebook but I don't know if I should go or not. They all have such amazing chemistry together, and I feel as though I'd just be an awkward fourth wheel who doesn't contribute to conversations or anything.Though I'll probably end up going, since it may be one of the last times I get to hang out with my High School friends.

  10. Yes. I've seen orbs in the middle of the night before, and have had other weird things happen too. Now, what's interesting is now the things I've seen or felt, but what's associated with them. I'm not going to go into detail, but I will say this. Some tell me my experiences have been guardian angels, or spirit related. Some tell me it's demons. I don't know what the hell I'm seeing, but I do know there's more to life than meets the eye. That's for sure.

  11. Civilization hands down. My reasons being

    • I've played over 1000 hours of Civ games, and only 4 hours of Empire: Total War according to steam.
    • I prefer Turn based games to RTS ones.
    • Civilization goes from the stone age to the future, whereas Total War games focus on one point in time.
    • You gotta love Ghandi in Civ Games. Him, and his nukes  :o
