Quasar Heart

This is my first attempt at joining a forum dedicated to MLP/FiM, so I'm not quite sure what to expect. I have a rather difficult time expressing myself adequately online but I suppose I'd feel a bit more welcome amongst the herd. A bit about me... I'm a rather new electrical engineering student with an interest in alternative energy, especially fusion energy and plasma science. I enjoy thought experiments and theoretical physics, though I generally keep my thoughts on these to myself. My favorite pony is Fluttershy, although I do have many other favorites, as well as odd obsessions with some background ponies. I suppose I identify most with Fluttershy in the way that I am ridiculously shy, anxiety-ridden, and soft-spoken. Some of my hobbies: Casual PC gaming, Magic the Gathering, drawing, painting, soldering projects, upcycling, salvaging electronics for components, and beginner robotics (Lego Mindstorms, Arduino, etc). I probably won't ever comment on these things again but they're listed here for the sake of getting acquainted. I'm moving in with my boyfriend (who is also a brony) this weekend and I'm excited to be able to see Equestria Girls with him in theaters in July. I had my doubts about EG but, whatever, I'll give it shot. That's all I have for now. I've got a lot of packing to do later today so I think it's time to head to bed. Later, folks.
