    I was thinking he/she could be in an accident and injure his/her wings to the point of needing amputation. There are probably some ponies in Equestria that are missing limbs from accidents, why not wings?

    What if one of the Wonderbolts permanently lost his/her wings and had to learn to live as an earth pony. This pony would also have to deal with the depression of never being able to fly again. What does everypony think of it? Has it been done before?

    Thanks so much! It means a lot to me to read these positive comments. I have a few other ideas that most people haven't thought of before and I will post them in the future. I probably won't write them though. I might try someday, but I usually don't have the time. When I get caught up in something, it generally makes me neglect some of my other duties. Hopefully someday I'll have enough free time to write a full fanfic, but for now I'll just share my ideas on here and see what others can do with my visions. Thanks for the tip. I'll have to check that game out sometime and see how similar it is to how I thought the story would play out.

    Not really, it's just something that popped into my head one day and I felt like someone could make a good story out of it. If you're interested in writing it, then by all means, use whatever character or setting you see fit.

    What does everypony think about a story about a pony who got his cutie mark, but wasn't to happy about what his special talent was. He decides to go against the flow and do what he wants to do. Not what a mark on his flank tells him to. Just an idea I had. Feel free to use it if it's not total rubbish, but if you do, be sure to credit me.
