Depends on the business. If a computer is just for typing reports and other simple stuff, Windows will be sufficient. If it's a computer used as a server or router, or simply anything Windows isn't capable to do or can't guarantee the security, people will use Linux. Well, most routers these days use Mikrotik, but still.
