  The reason why I switched to PC in the first place was because I was sick of the console crap they've been pulling.

  @Zygen: Yes it is, but if you do that you'll never hear the end of it. PC gamers expect their games to run at 60FPS or higher, not lower.

  @Daring, Yeah, I don't think it should happen, but I just kinda thought that since PC specs are changeable and consoles aren't it wouldn't be possible or something.
