    http://community.wbgames.com/t5/Support-for-PC/PC-Performance-issues-we-hear-you/m-p/571341#U571341 So apparently the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight was outsourced. They didn't state who their 'external development partner' is, though, but whoever they are they must be bad.

      It seemed Rock Steady had the right idea all along than.

      They're not 100% responsible, but it was still their responsibility to ensure that their subcontractors deliver a working product. They failed to do so, so now their actions are just as accountable as Iron Galaxy's.
