Is it true that there's a Derpy episode this season?

 

I myself haven't heard such a thing....but it would be SOOO awesome if there were one! She's not my favorite BG pony, but I like her all the same.

Anyway...I'd like it to be Scootaloo as well, but it probably won't be. I just hope she's in the episode at all. The masked one I am sure will be some new character....whom of course we'll never see again after this episode. Maybe once. If Pip ever makes another appearance, this new pony BETTER make another one as well, it's only just.

It'll be interesting to see how he comes into play in future episodes.

I like how the parts of the sunglasses that normally go over the ears and bend downward are under her ears. But I guess if they designed them go over pony ears it wouldn't look as cool...

That would likely be me. Pinkie Pie is normally voiced by Andrea Libman. During the credits of the a episode however, her voice actor was listed as Shannon Chan-Kent, who usually preforms pinkies singing voice.

 

Haha indeed, although I only asked Lady Rarity Pony that because *I* myself actually gave him that same information myself earlier in another thread when he also asked about the change in sound, so I dunno.

 

Anyway...I actually I didn't catch the difference in sound when I saw that episode, Andrea and Shannon just sound too much alike for my ears

Absolutely no one who knows me in real life knows I watch this. I just feel that my real life friends and my family would be weirded out by this....should I not care so much? It's hard not to for me.

It's not that unlikely if you ask me, why get the regular v actor if she only has a few lines and you have someone who sounds pretty close

 

That DOES make sense....I guess whoever told you that must be some sorta genius, I wish you could remember who that somepony was so we could both friend him, he/she must be awesome...

If you're referring to Pinkie Pie in this last episode, I heard that she was voiced by her singing voice actor and not her normal voice actor. That is also just a temporary change as Pinkie only had a few lines and Fluttershy was not in the episode (who the v actor also voices) so there was no big rush to get the regular.

I am happy about this fer sure, but uh, why only 13 episodes? That's a mighty low number.

 

I sure as sugar hope we'll be seein' more than that.

 

Some have said that after those 13 episodes, it will have been 26 + 26 +13 = 65 episodes, apparently enough for syndication and then some fear Hasbro will cancel production at that. I myself am not sure if that's how it even works for syndication, but that's what all the criers of doom said is a very real possibility, so....there? I am sure that's not the case, but I guess you never know...

I'm hoping they kick off the season with an amazing opening again.

Yes I know, it's just people are worrying it'll stay only 13 episodes, since the phrase "so far" didn't appear in the texts revealed in a later post on EqD, it was only stated that 13 episodes were ordered, which I'm sure means they can always order more. They were seriously freaking out in that comment section.

Am I the only one excited about season three?

 

I think we're all glad there's going to be a third season, it's just there's worry about it being the last, and maybe also even being only 13 episodes long. Also, the fact that Rob Renzetti's and Lauren's departures were "a little ugly" has some worrying.

I might have done that myself in the past...but whenever I see it happen I can't help but feel the same way. Another thing that gets me is when two people watch something they seem to wanna watch, but then they start having a conversation usually about something completely nonrelated, and I imagine that they can't possibly be able to pay much attention to the show. They might be looking at it while talking, but they probably aren't processing what's happening.

I hope it dosent go onto the whole 'jelousy' thing, you know like when Twilight got owlicious (is that how you spell it?) And Spike got all jelous, except this time with scootaloo and with whatever pet rainbow dash gets. Still looking forward to it though!

 

I agree with you about the jealousy issue. That's why I don't like Owl's Well That Ends Well that much....well, the ketchup thing and Spike trying to pin it on Owlobutthole was pretty funny. Anyway yeah, I too hope it doesn't go that route.

I thought it was an awesome episode...at first. But then I noticed something the ninth time through...Twist didn't die, and is still very much alive. Curse you Twist. This episode is now below those of G3.

No, FFVI is not on there, because I don't like that game much at all. Worst FF game imo.

 

 

But anyway, I have such fond memories of this NES game called Super Pitfall....and the first Legend of Zelda natch. Wrecking Crew was pretty fun too I thought.

 

As for SNES, Donkey Kong Country 2 hooves down for me. But Chrono Trigger is almost equal to it, best RPG I've ever played I think.

I'd say that it's more than likely that Scootaloo will compete in the race next week and will have a major role in the episode! ^^

 

Oh man I hope so....I used to really dislike the CMC but they've kinda grown on me...and I like Scootaloo a lot now. She BETTER play a major role sometime soon!

 

Although if the race is to determine Dashie's pet, and Scootaloo ends up competing.....can one pony be another pony's "pet"? Ah hell in this universe of course it can be so...and I'm sure Scooties will be more than happy to be RD's pet anyway. I'm sure I'm just wishfully thinking since Scootaloo probably isn't eligible anyway.

Oh that was BA as well....when I saw her "snap" its neck, I guess I shouldda known it couldn't have been anything lethal or even harmful, but damn still thought that was a crowning moment of awesome....loving Fluttershy more and more......

Twilight had scary faces D':

 

I loved it when Rainbow Dash glanced over at the doll and Twilight grabbed her head and was like "DON'T LOOK AT IT!!!!" Haha I thought that was funny.

They also seem to be the nicest and most laid-back of the celebrities we've seen so far. I actually expected them to be a bit more distant to the ponies around them until I heard Spitfire speak in Sonic Rainboom. Then both she and Soarin seemed nice enough at the Gala, even if they were too busy to actually hang out with their number one fan.

 

Yeah that's true, the Wonderbolts are definitely my favorites....

 

I don't have much to say about any of the others, except that I don't really like Photo Finish all that much...just seems rather annoying to me. In fact, I think the fashion-heavy episodes were among my least favorite ones....though they were still awesome.
