When I used to watch the show I skipped some Season 2 and 3 eps like, I still remember, Return of Harmony, CMC eps, Canterlot Wedding, and I stoppend watching the show at the end of S4 so I didnt watch the last 4 eps of that season

Dude, this will NOT do as well as a Disney movie at the B.O. It's still to "girly" to appeal to an audience as wide as not only Disney animation flicks but Dreamworks, Illumination, Fox, etc. 2D is dead since too many years ago, the last 2D from Disney was "Princess and the Frog" and it barely crossed the $100million mark in the US. My prediction is around $50-60 million in the US and more than $100m Worldwide.

But not always strong advertising works, for example some Dreamworks Animation films, Disney films, etc. And about the quality it remains to be seen if it will be a good film that would resonate with audiences, in that case could have "legs" for its run but even with that I think it will fall short of $100m..

Opening weekend (US): $15-20 million , Total Gross: $50-60 million. Not seeing it being a hit, still has a big stigma of being "too girly" and it isnt even a CGI movie, plus being too late in the game. SORRY!

People just want to create their own characters and their own stories.

The activity in lots and lots of brony threads in other forums are huge, but still significantly lower than 2 years before. At the same time, I've seen less thread of people whining about bronies in those forums. Both sides have decreased over time. Yeah, BronyCon increased in attendance (not nearly like the 4000 att. increments from the past 2 cons but an increase nonetheless), but I think that obeys more to the fact that some smaller cons (and Equestria LA) have now closed.

There aren't as many haters as 2 years ago. Probably because there aren't as many bronies as 2 years ago.

I lost a lot of interest on this show, its strange. I was watching every saturday the new episode but since "Inspiration Manofestation" I stopped watching it. After the season ended, I only watched "Equesria Games". I didn't watch the finale, though. Its strange because I never thought I would lose interest in show, but now you see..

I can't stand the Cutie Mark Crusaders episodes. I would love if the writers replace them with Celestia-Luna based eps. Also I don't get the Derpy love. I didn't like Maud Pie. My favorite season is the first, of course. Fluttershy needs to be treated with more charm, in my opinion, so I don't like episodes like "put your hoof down", "power ponies" and "bats". Also, I don't like Applejack episodes that are focused on her family (almost all).

While I think that this show has always had a lot of predictable stories in the episodes, I prefer Season 1. In that season I see more charm in the characters, as well as fantastic and charming background music, and while I think the songs have always been and continue to be great, my favorite song is still "Giggle at the Ghosties". And Winter Wrap Up. Twilight was a fantastic character in that season, like the small child that doesn't fit in the new city and has to learn a lot of things, and she was indeed my favorite character in those times. Also Pinkie. She was a far more enjoyable character to me in that season than, for example, in this Season 4. I think the only episodes I didn't like were the Cutie Mark Crusaders ones. But, I usually don't like their eps. But anyway, I'm not saying this show has declined or nothing. Well, ok, maybe the first bunch of episodes of Season 4, but this show hasn't declined like, for example, SpongeBob. That's exactly what I don't like in this, and any TV show or movie.

Her wings always make me think: "ohh, what a pity this show is based in a toyline/ owned by a toy company". If they (the wings) were from an original idea from the writers, I would be more than Ok with that. But they were born only to make winged Twilights toys. At least Twilight, in the show, is still a nice character, maybe more boring. I liked her much more in Season One, but that's another story. And yeah, the writers haven't made something really interesting not only with her wings but with her princessyness. That makes me think that the even the writers didn't want to make that change on her. But well, the thing is done... The good thing I could say is that being an alicorn (and the only one of the mane 6) makes her look more powerful.

I didn't like Rainbow Falls and Just For Sidekicks, but I've disliked more other episodes, like Bats!, Ponyville Confidential, Twilight Time or Games Ponies Play. I usually don't analyze the writers but, I would say that she's not that bad and the other writers have written several meh or bad episodes, in my opinion. What I want to say is that her writting is pretty normal, compared at least with the new writers, and the other are not that good. At least creating stories... Charlotte Fullerton? I could forgive anything from her because she wrote "Suited for Success"

I don't know.... Aside from all the "trademark laws", and "they have to protect their copyrights" and "they hadn't another choice " and blah, blah, blah... I just want to know, in these more of 3 years of pony fan-made videos, like JanAnimations, how have they affected, harmed, damaged the MLP franchise and its popularity?
