Yes, in a way. The idea is to to be a story where people in the forum can vote on a simplistic idea about the next paragraph or so, and I will write a more or less informal response and a picture. If anyone has any doubts about following the thread, just do it because it takes no commitment to be involved, just a well liked idea By the way, I think the first thing we should decide is the name. Seeing the it can be about anything, make it general.

ya, more or less. Once we figure everything out we'll have our own forum page where we can decide each day what i'll write on next, and basically general discussion on the development of the story. Its a hard concept to grasp, but once we get more people, it will be a pretty cool experience. One of the problems other people had is that it felt like they would have a role, but its fun to have your idea change the way the story turns out the next day Once we get all the rules/logistics worked out we will be able to start so keep in touch

Hello Everypony, Today i would like to talk to ya'll about an idea that me and some people have been thinking about. The Idea is to have a user based story that once a day, people post on a thread about what should happen next in the story, like an text adventure (If you've ever played one). So, what would happen is that people would converse in the thread/post their ideas, and later that day I would log on and Brohoof whoever's suggestion i like the most. After this, i would write the next part of the story, based on the action that i liked the most, or one of the most brohoofed comments. This idea is still and the works and i would like to dedicate this topic to finish the planning and start this adventure up. I can't start this thing until some people have posted on this topic and i have decided on how im going to run this. So please, if you have the time, post your response to the questions below or if not just post that your interested, every bit counts towards making this a successful, long term project. This is not going to be a very fast paced/rapidly changing story, be one that will be played out in a way that there will always be something to add. I don't expect to crank out a short story, so don't expect this to be something that will be finish anytime within the next few months. I will try to be as dedicated as i can, and you can count on me not to lose interest after a few short weeks. **If you dont know what a text adventure is, look it up, and imagine it on a forum** After taking with friends outside of the forum, we have concluded that the story will be launched on a designated site. If you do not like this, feel free to make a post against it within the next few days, as it will be official at the turn of the week. We felt like having a separate page for each post is the best way to organize the story, will be open to the public, and can eventually direct more attention to this forum in the future (Don't be afraid to spread the word) Unless we have objection/rules that will change our minds, the website will be posted shortly, and discussions on the next topics will start So far about 20 people are involved in the creation of this project, so we will not fail to at least get this up n' running.
