Greetings fellow Ponies, Bronies, Unicorns and Pegasus (should that be pronounced Pegasi…or maybe Pegasuses, or perhaps it’s just Pegasus…). Anyway, welcome to the first blog entry of: From a Pony’s Point of View! From the perspective of a normal pedestrian Pegasus, here in Cloudsdale!
See I even created an awesome banner for the blog, and trust me that wasn’t easy to make (computer mouses and keyboards aren’t necessarily easy to use with hoofs).
As I was saying, I’ll be reporting in weekly (hopefully), about the usual and unusual antics of Cloudsdale. A place with fluffy clouds, great architecture, and the well-known Derpy Hooves (who always manages to find a way to accidently destroy something).
This week, Flight school took a class fieldtrip to the Cloudsdale Coliseum where the Wonderbolts were holding a career day flight show. Let’s just say by the time it was over, many young foals left with wide eyes and lighter wings with a need for speed. Rainbowdash was also there, (a now famous pony in Cloudsdale for her sonic rainboom performance at the Best Young Flyer Competition earlier this year) cheering on the Wonderbolts as she always does at every one of their performances.
Fleetfoot, a member of the Wonderbolts and a close friend of mine (and Rainbowdash), said it was slightly embarrassing to see her friend carrying on in such a way, but made her proud all the same.
Speaking of which, to add to Rainbowdash’s fame, it seems she is also close friends with the new Alicorn princess Twilight Sparkle. I of course attended her coronation ceremony (along with the rest of Equestria) and let me just say, Pinkie Pie couldn’t have thrown a bigger party. (Still don’t remember much from that night though…must have been all that apple ale I drank.)
Derpy Hooves was also on the rampage this week, accidently crashing into a baked goods store. Let’s just say the owner was not in a good mood, but hey, who can stay mad at Derpy? Especially when she offers to pay to have the window fixed, with muffins…
And now for the video of the week. (This one made my cry…)
Well that’s all for now folks, hopefully I’ll have some amazing stuff to report on when a certain show airs again in November, but for now this is SilverMist!
Signing out!
