    I don't have the work ethic to do it. Besides, I would feel pretty awful, not that Applejack's conscience was either dead, or misplaced. Better to let her be her, but maybe I could stick around after it gets sorted out.

    You could either stay on the doomed vessel, granting an AI it's wish to not die alone. Or you can leave, facing very small odds of survival, leaving the AI to die alone, consumed by a sun.
