i'd suggest making the neck a little bit shorter. try to make the chest puff out more and start at the center line of the head circle.

I personally think that civ 4 and 5 are one of the best games around. Civ 5 had some glitches but the civ series is the best series ever! Anyone with me?

Honestly, looks like a bunch of random google images strapped together, i.e. very unimaginative 

You combine several different styles, which.. dont really go well together and literally try to "steal the spotlight" from each other. 

Rainbow text only reads okay on monochrome backgrounds, like this it's just an eyestrain. 

 

Try to match elements in one style, and dont forget that there must be a key element which the whole thing wraps around, adding to it's glory. And make sure you can clearly see and read what's going on there.

very good, i can never color mine.

here's a tip for the head: draw a circle and then put the ear on and erase the line, then put the nose-a-majig on and erase the line, always works for me, especially in side view.
