    Hello there, everypony! Here is my OC, Strobe Orion. Sorry if the pic is too High Quality! The backstory is here: http://topazjade.deviantart.com/art/Strobe-Orion-MLP-OC-412836158 Also, the picture I have put is of a redesign, with lighter, more natural looking hooves (As natural you can get for pastel horses! XD), and without his fedora and vest. If possible, can you make him not just a background character? If he is being voiced, he has a voice of a 12 year old.
