Firstly, you could use a lot more work on your anatomy. Ponies are cartoon characters, yes, but they have some structure in their design. Just Google 'mlp anatomy' and you'll find lots of guides.

Use references from the show when starting to draw. After you get used to it, you can experiment with art styles.

Do you think that this one is better? But if you think that the shading is bad it's because I don't really have any reliable markers at home.

It's really improved, and the hooves look good to me. However, the neck and body are a bit too long.
