  7. Like with most things MLP made by Hasbro, the Movie's primary target will be younger children! As such, it's likely that the content of the film is going to primarily focused towards that younger demographic. Although Hasbro has been usually quite good with balancing the content that makes the show enjoyable for all who watch it, I fear that the movies attempt at mass success (with Sia and the Seaponies), will mean it focuses so heavily on the younger demographic and potentially alienate older viewers. Anyway! we can only judge & bash the film when it comes out
  8. As @Jeric and @kuco have stated, Hasbro has very little control over Distribution. Distribution is run by outsourced companies, that work with Hasbro to get it to theaters regionally. For example, Lionsgate is in charge of distribution for the Film inside Mainland US. Although Lionsgate is in charge of distribution as a whole, they often outsource the international release to other companies especially when it comes to releasing films in Asia. Typically Distributors are asked to release the film on a set date, but due to regional conflicts with other films, public holidays or other things, they might elect to release it at an earlier or later date. For example, here in Malaysia, Golden Screen Cinemas and Global Peace Productions work with western companies to bring films to local cinemas. Here's a handy diagram
  9. Hasbro's going to keep pumping out seasons as long as MLP keeps making money, At this stage, MLP is one of Hasbro's most profitable franchise by far and In the target audience (Young Girls) the audience is continuing to grow! So, I can't see it ending anytime soon
  10. Can you be a bit more specific to what you're referring too?
  11. You think she's speaking out of rhyme in fact she's just doing a complicated rhyming technique where she has to catch up on rhymes later
  12. I think the only zecora focused episode we'd see would probably be examining her backstory or something like that. Perhaps how she came to obtain her rhyming curse? Hopefully with the CMC involved
  13. Because they're an M E M E and super C O O L make sure to be super H I P

  15. The City of Lost Children (1995) The City of Lost children, is a neo-gothic adventure ride of a french film, starring (because why the hell not) Ron Pearlman as a Strong Man looking for his younger brother who has been kidnapped by the Evil Krank! A villain who cannot dream! Honestly, It's one of my favorite films for its art style and practical effects, It's got such a distinct Art Style that shines even to this day. The Story & English Dub (Use the Sub), Get a bit convoluted, but its somewhat coherent and certain scenes such as the Cyclops Headquarters, which is filled with the atmosphere are stand out. Go watch it!
  16. Respectfully, I disagree. There's a line between cosplay and dressing up, and coming off as a creep. Although wearing certain clothing to a Children's Movie, would be a big no no, dressing up as a Character or something from the world, is a fun way to express yourself and can even add a little bit of magic for younger ones attending the screening. Although I wouldn't go full out cosplaying myself for the MLP Film, for the recent star trek & star wars films me and my mates were in full cosplay. If you're on your own, attending the movie by yourself, you might want to tone it down a little, but for a group of friends, it's always a hoot! As much as I understand where your coming from and can see how it could appear "creepy' to parents when people go overboard, you are overreacting somewhat. Your use of the quote "Autistic Weirdos" isn't very much appreciated as well mate, and I highly doubt that it will have any, if all, effect on the Sucess of the film.
  17. Sadly finding a material with the same feel and appearance of Funko's figures would be near impossible. Don't be sorry about it though! it's important to know what you're looking for Remeber that it's still plastic so it's not going to be as gritty as it probably looks. I've used Shapeways before ordering a Model Train for a School Diorama and the overall quality is Very Good! but that's also dependent on the model (I'm tempted to buy this one myself!) I'd be more than happy to help if you needed some tips on ordering. The sites have streamlined the process in the last few years, in the past, it was considerably harder! Anyway, best of luck again!
  18. Happy Wesak Day Everyone!

  19. Yep! There are tons of 3D printing sites that you can either download or for a few of them, get them to mail the printed work to you The first free one I saw online was this: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jPaHhml9GMO-sunset-shimmer But, if your willing to pay for the 3D model, I saw some nicer ones on https://www.stlfinder.com/3dmodels/sunset-shimmer-pony Good luck! Please report back to here if you find anything
  20. I guess I should just let it go. shivers
  21. Thank you very very much @Venomous, You were an awesome teacher I'm glad to be finally part of the team, and look forward to working with you all!
  22. I might be wrong, but isn't Lionsgate's contract with Vimeo just around Lionsgate distributed TV shows like Mad Men & Orange is the New Black? If Lionsgate decides that they wanted to put it on vimeo, I'd assume they'd continue with distributing to both streaming companies, as they did in the past with Orange Is the New black, which Lionsgate also hold distribution rights over. If I remember correctly, Netflix wasn't very happy about it being up on Vimeo, but they had little said on the matter. As far as who gets it first, I'm sure that if they decided it to give it to vimeo, vimeo would get it before Netflix. That's how theyTV show deal works anyway.
  23. Not Necessarily. You don't know if I plan to wait for it to be released on a Legal Streaming site before watching it. Considering how the EQG movies & the show are on Netflix, I hope that the Movie will shortly join the pony collection. If memory serves right, it was 2-3 months after release, which I'm fine for waiting. Don't condemn all online streaming, when it's legal, money still goes to Hasbro.
