Hi Candy,
We had major outages across all of Poniverse today which are still being resolved.
We generally record outages at our Status Page. Due to our extended community and partner ties we are usually informed of outages within a few minutes, as we were with this case. Sometimes it passes in a few minutes, other times it requires our intervention.
