If My Little Pony: FiM looked like G1, would you still watch it?

I would. I watch the show for the story a lot and for the ponies but also I grew up in the old school MLP days so it would be nice to have a bit of a throw back! -

What are your thoughts on the Japanese Dub?

I liked the Japanaese dub and they nailed a good voice for Rare if you ask me when you listen to it and all. Some of the songs in english is a bit of a weak side but in the new seasons i hope they will be singing! -
My thing is how like it was said it popped out of the world and Tia said it was a 1000 years ago right... Ok so the Mare in the Moon thing happened around the same time but it was how Tia put it that Luna seemed to be around that time.... con fu se ing....

Well I've been getting into making graphics and all and thought to take a swing at icons/avatars and all and I went to my childhood love: The Last Unicorn. It has been part of my childhood my whole life and so has the book and movie! I plan to open a Icon/Avi Shop here in the MLP soon and make things you ponies or do some trades along with Sigs/Banners/Wallpapers and all from the show to OC's! Icons

I have a deep respect for any Fur who hand crafts their own fur-suits and some of the cleaner and tasteful art is a mind blower on crack on the talent this sub-culture has and shows! I was once a furry but took a choice to leave the culture and I don't think I will be going back.... /minus a few web comics i keep a eye on.../

Oh thank you Satan for this thread! 1. Girls who try to fit into cloths/pants/bras to small for them and walk around like they sooo hot! WOMAN! TAKE A LOOK AT A MIRROR AND GET A BITCH SLAP OF THE REAL WORLD! YOU ARE NOT HOT! YOU LOOK LIKE A JELLO CUP TRYING TO BE FILLED INTO A CUP TO SMALL! 2. "OMG I'm a collage student and I knnnooow everything in the world. I'm soooo much more better than you normal and lowly workers who give me food everyday! You should be lucky I even come here to eat!" Now not saying all collage students are like that but you get those 1 in 5 who are like that and will just KILL the day! Here is a thought: even once you get out of school and have to pay a ton of money for that said collage you might not get the dream job you think you are getting! So than you have maybe work at Wa-lmart and live in a one room apartment. 3. One more thing: getting a slip of paper does not mean you are the smartest person in the world! Also how high getting a collage education has become is well, financial rape. I know i got a mind and its a good mind and I know I am smart. And I have run into soooo many bright souls that if they went to collage they would shine! Thing is many of em/me are under the level of "poverty " in which in times well, your last 40 bucks might used to pay a gas bill and than u are lucky to have enough food to last till the next pay check. "But you can get scholarships!" True but that only covers parts of the collage bill but not my rent and bills or food! "You can get loans!" Oh this is true but than you get out of collage and depending on the job market and what went to school for effects this. But some how you find yourself right back in the same cycle of living freaking pay check to pay check or half your check goes to paying off the debt..... One word: Cycle and just keep doing the repeating the same damn thing every bloody generation and have not taken ANY TO ANY steps to stopping it...

Ok this is from the MLP Wiki: Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart SpellPrincess Cadance is featured in the chapter book Twilight Sparkle and the Crystal Heart Spell.[7] The book tells the story of Twilight Sparkle after she'd been made an Alicorn and seeks advice on being a princess. She turns to Cadance, who tells her life story, how as a baby Pegasus she was found in the woods by Earth ponies, who took her to their village. When she grew up she reversed a love-stealing spell cast by a pony called Prismia. Prismia wore a magic-enhancing necklace that amplified her evil and jealousy, but when Cadance confronted her, the necklace amplified Cadance's love. Once Prismia changed her horrible ways, Cadance was surrounded by magical energy and transported to a strange place where she met Celestia, who adopted her as her royal niece. So it would be Cade has adopted by a pair of earth ponies, but who can say what happened to her real parents and why was she in the woods and such? That would be more interestintg to learn and get back ground on.. -
I have no pony hate of Twilight and she has her faults and good points like any canon in the show. Thing is is has been nice not having her at the center of the show plots all the time and having more of the Mane Six and such a bit.

My first pause moment was when Big Mac start to sing: Me-Blinking Rewinds to the him sing Listens and pauses... My words, "Holy shit....." Yah that was my fan moment of the day for me and also Flutterguy back made me laugh more than having some coffee coming out my nose, Being said Shy is my fav of the mane six in any frame. I do think one of the weaker well as any have said was Pinkie if anything in how she has been acting and all the more well: Pinkie was a bitch in this ep....

I had my OC for a bit but i changed it after re-reading the last unicorn book and listening to the sound track while I was writing! This was the first book I brought with my own money as a kid and The Last Unicorn was the seed to my very first stories even as young as 4 yr olds!
