Just tell him, I dont understand why this is treated as if your confessing love for someone or your trying to explain to little suise why their parents died. I understand that not everyone is confidant but allowing.the stigma to create "closet" bronies just baffles me. It will never get better untill we just say screw it, if he is truly your best friend he wont care and if he has those usual ideas about bronies then show him something. Sorry if that seemed harsh just remeber a true friend shouldnt care that your into a kids show.

well...that's how closet bronies are. your comment wasn't that harsh, it proved a lot of points about having a best friend. Yeah I could tell him directly and say it's just a show that I love to watch. But he's a typical kind of friend, actually I don't know how he's going to react.

brony chronicals is also good(not sure on the spelling). But the best thing I think is to show him the actull show. Take a premier or final episode,they personally the best ones. Just don't make it to big of a deal,yes he may think it's strange but it's just a show.

Okay, let me bering you to speed.

Ever since I knew my friend was a brony like me, we've been hanging out a lot and saw other bronies that we didn't know join us too...which made it very suspicious for many of my friends that something is up between us.

My best friend approached me and asked what we were talking about, I told him that it was a secret(closet brony stuff) And he was determined to find out what it was.

Few weeks later, he found my old fanfiction account which still haves my first(really worst) fimfiction ever. He somehow knew my username and made the assumption that I made a story about My Little Pony.

Shocking...but I just told him that he was close to figuring out and I said to him...."Me, making a My Little Pony story, why would I make it something like that!!" I asked him to research more about it.....he was still determined though, he is my best friend.

Which brought me to thinking if I should tell him that I watch MLP. But how? Presenting a video about the brony community would be nice.

Spongebob has unfortunately really made a turn for the worse over the years especially since its original creator Stephen Hillenburg left and stopped producing. The show was really a gold mine of writing and comedy early on, but now its been reduced to very crude clumsy slapstick humor and a sadistic obsession with torturing Squidward and Plankton (namely Squidward).

I think you're wrong there. I found another world I liked and  made a crossover with it and Equestria. It worked out perfectly fine. And I thought, you know this would be a pretty neat crossover or something like that.

The straightforward problem is that Spongebob lives under the sea, whereas ponies are terrestrial. Spongebob never plays the physics of this right because it's freaking hilarious, but due to Sandy Cheek's portrayal, a corollary means it must be addressed how ponies could breathe underwater, or why Spongebob doesn't appear dry when in the open air.

 

I can imagine ponies wearing Sandy's style of deep pressure suit, or only living in her fishbowl house sort of area, but that is a serious constraint for the setting.

 

Regardless, they're both clever shows and funny to boot. That means your creativity better be working pretty dang hard in order to keep them bound in the same scenes. Call-backs to other episodes, and references to movies and video game quotes won't keep the novelty afloat beyond the first paragraph.

Anyways, yeah I know you have to produce an explanation on the first or second chapter on how spongebob and the gang survive on land. If I thought of nothing, then i'll just use a Jimmy Neutron reference where he had some type of fodd technology that allows them to brethe underwater.

Haha! No. Not only is it impossible, but it doesn't make sense. They have almost nothing in common! The key to crossovers is that whatever you're crossing has to have enough key aspects in common. You can't just take two shows you really like and say "ya know, this'd be a cool crossover."

I think there's only one thing they have in common for me, comedy. Just imagine Pinkie, Spongebob, then Patrick annoying the hay out of Equestria. And also other stuff that are long and hard to explain.

Honestly like the best crossover in my opinion. I have searched for this type of crossover everywhere and I can't find a good and continuous story about it, yet. Maybe I'll make one my own if I have to, but with my current writing skills it seems that I can't. Can you tell me any good story about this crossover? I usually go on my Wii U or do some Wi-Fi battling in Pokémon in case I get bored.

Ah...Pokemon, sure miss the days where they were only 151 pokemon until I heard they were still going on until the 6th generation.   I can't memorize them all and you can now use wi-fi to battle to other trainers, count me in!! But unfortunately I don't have a Wii or DS to play Pokemon anymore, T_T.

Everyone gets bored once in a while, especially me, I always get bored. To cure my boredomisim(a common sickness) I just spend my hours on the net, surfing here and there. Then a few years later, the effectiveness of this medicine got me bored also, *deep sigh*, that's life I guess. But I'll work something out.

What are your cures for this common disease? No mature content...shtuff...I don't know how to say it, but none of those stuff. I think we all know it's a common cure also...............................

What does this fandom mean to me? Well to put in one word, like you asked, it would probabaly be "The Change"

Ooohh, the change, that's an interesting word to descirbe this. I became a brony because I enjoyed it and because of the change it will bring to the future of...mankind, I guess. I don't know what will it look like, but I'm sure that in the future it will no longer matter if it's a boy or a girl kind of thing.

If MLP still exists there,(*cough* Yes it will *cough) you will never be a closet brony in the start, because on how open the world is now. I think anyone you meet who knows me, will tell you im mostly Pinkie Pie.Im very energenic, I can never sit in one spot for even a minute, I sing random songs at times when theu are not needed yet they are catchy.I can sound like pinkie poe when I do her voice.I care about making people smile, others before me.

Personality wise I would be closest to Rainbow Dash. I always want to be the top in any situation I am in, but I also have a bit of twilight in me as I do love to read and gathering new knoweldge.
