  1. He is most likely a living descendant of the Unicorn royalty that ruled Equestria before the current reign of the royal duo. They were the ones that raised the sun and the moon, and Star Swirl was a member of their council (all relevant information can be found in the novel The Journal of the Two Sisters) . And with Blueblood being a duke, and only given the title of prince because of hasbro mandated changes in terminology, it would support the idea that he is a descendant of the once reigning royalty of Unicornia.

And really, at the end of the day it is just a video game, and with the interviews from the devs and the characters design, I am leaning towards the idea that this is just a master ruseman as everyone knows the media is gunna loose its collective shit at something that out edges bismuth like this. The entire thing really stinks of ruseman, and with how people are responding it seems to be working.

But it is just a video game, and one that is either a ruseman, or a shock value game. This is nothing new or ground breaking, and has been done in various forms throughout human history even before the advent of user made games. So no I am not offended by it, but as long as you don't begin a active campaign against it I don't think less of any that are offended by it. Because in the end, someone being offended is largely worthless, and not grounds for removal of something.

  3. Well hasbro would never do that, as that would mean a huge decrease in toy sales for that character. Can't sell dem rarity toys if she be ded.

But other than extreme confusion at one of the worst business choices of whatever year they decided to do it in, I would not really feel all that much as they are just fictional characters and therefore can never really "die" as you can just have fanon series where the character lived (and with any member of the m6, this would be an inevitability). Loss and death can be done very well in children's media, but just killing off a main character like that would spell doom for a children's show, especially one as character driven as FiM.

So I never see Hasbro committing franchise suicide like that.
