What else do I need to say about this that hasn't been said already... The ideas of the film are not what everyone says about it. The bare basics of the film is beyond the nightmares at night. The plot everyone knows to the core, but not the inner core. In LittleshysFIM's Everything wrong with MLP, he described all the things that this film has done completely wrong in my case. Unfortunately, there were a couple of moments that he didn't mention. The description of Sunset Shimmer feels off balanced and feels that they were on a teeter totter. The idea was going somewhere, but due to the acting and the way that Hasbro describes her is beyond wrong, its no worth making another one with. Sadly enough, we still need to imply logic to what the real life scenario needs to feel before trying to see this. I seen this once, but in a hour and 13, there will be an update to how my new reaction will be. BMF signing off I'm back from the darkness, and I am not impressed at all. The movie feels stale to me now. The sad realities of Sunset gives me questions that we really need to ask ourselves as a community. First, what really made Sunset do what she did in the first place? The signs were spread in parts of the film that shows that she might have a darker side that no one knows about. Second, if Celestia's memory of Sunset still remains, why didn't she describe anything that she done before that caused the events to unfold? The description in here was short and made me ask more questions than needed. Also, Tia never described how Sunset became her student and why she wanted the power. The movie offers no tips on how she has a different side than meets the eye. If we analyze this film for better understanding of Sunsets emotions and accomplishments than anything related to her downfall. The main focus of his movie was merchandising. Yes, I said it, merchandising and more money on Hasbro's hands than real efforts of creating something more. I know the price i'm paying for saying these, but i'm willing to take that sacrifice and insults from anyone that disagrees with me. I don't think that I need anymore explanation about this movie, but I think some of us know that its better to have greater ideas from the concepts that the film fails to offer and the opportunities that it has on the community to make OCs and Half OC (since Sunset is apart of the franchise and Hasbro anyway). So lets not over react to opinion, take some of the advice provided here and create something better than the movie. Thank u for listening, and good night to all. BMF
