i see...(pun not intended ) thanks for the information, altough i dont live in the US what i read about european flightschools seems to be no different. (actually i dont really know how the examination at the doc may look like maybe this could differ?.) so i think you are implying of being the proud owner of a flyers license? may i ask you how it is ? i mean i bet its awesome and stuff, but for example, what are you allowed to fly? is your license only valid in the state you obtained it? and what also would be interesting, if its valid in more than just one state, would it also be valid abroad? (i suppose the airspace law should be international?) i just realised that my english is better when i speak, i didnt write for a long time.. sorry for mistakes

thanks yea as i said i dont think my vision is getting worse, but just in case i think the only problem would be losing vision on one eye because of depth perception, but i think im going to far on this one

on the topic of flightschool, if we have somepony here who is better informed than me, i would be glad to hear an explanation afaik you have to get yourself checked at the doctor to be able to start flightschool. that seems logical to me, the thing that bugs me is "vision" as of right now my eyes are just fine, i got them checked. but the question is, what IF your vision gets worse? when driving a car, its enough to wear glasses, i suppose the same would apply to an aircraft? (unless somebody pilots a military aircraft i think? i really have not the slightest idea )

oh so many flying enthusiasts well as far as i remember i always loved planes, when i was young i could spend hours at the airport watching planes start and land. but i never really got into getting some special wisdom about the different planes, the most important thing for me was that the thing could fly if i could i would go and take some lessons, maybe even join an aero-club, but to be honest, flying is not exactly the cheapest hobby in the world if you catch my drift also, i still couldnt decide if i want to get a glider/sailplane license or a "normal" one. i think getting a glider license should be cheaper but less fun? but until i have the money together i believe that skydiving would be nice. you know, maybe for a birthday or something like that? to break the sound barrier and make a sonic rainboom maybe?

ok, now i hope im in the right subforum, if not, im sorry :/ so, just this sunday i tuned in to luna radio and there was this podcast "the spoken equestria" it was a fanfic reading, but of course it was already on a chapter somewhere inbetween. i would love to catch up on the whole story but i didnt get the name of the fanfic they are reading, and i couldt find any information on their site. does anypony know where i could find those old podcasts or help me otherwise? EDIT: if somebody would like to know what it was, i found it, its "eternal" written by device heretic

How did you find MLP Forums?: i googled for a brony forum and found this one here How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: i started to watch the show in 2012 i guess, i saw many posts about it on the tf2 forum on steam and thought i would give the show a try. so far best decision ever made hi again, im CloudSeeker (as far as i know this name was not already taken and there also doesnt seem to be a backgroundpony with this name, so now its my name ) i joined this fandom more or less "by accident" first thing i saw, where pony-parodies about tf2. i found it rather silly, but later, out of boredom i watched 1 episode. and a second, and third, and so on about myself? hm... theres not much to tell i guess, i like pegasuseseses the most i think, therefore my name. and in general i would say, ponies always cheer my up when i had a bad day im a student and i would say, im pretty "normal" i like to go out with friends (who have no idea im a brony), there are days where i have to study hard, but later of course i also like to party. as of right now, im really obsessed with the idea of flying, i already looked up what it takes to get a flyers license but it takes long and is not exactly cheap, but its definitly on my todo-list. probably after or during my studies. i see how it goes ah... i really cant decide whos my favorite pony, i like all of them. and does anypony know, if theres something like a pony-avatar maker? i think it would be nice to use an avatar in this forum so i think i covered the general things there are to say about me ^^ i hope i will have a great time here
