A whole FPS game...?  Wow.  Sounds like a lot of work, and I should know:  I've been building a platformer from scratch, and I've spent the last two years building it!  I started making it in 2012, back when the Elements of Harmony were still in the Mane 6's possession, so I had them using those liberally throughout the game...and then season 4's premerie came...

 

Anyhow, sorry to disappoint, but I'm hoping to build on the platformer I've made, adding a dialog system, an inventory system, etc., and I'm expecting that to eat my time up like crazy---plus, as an adult, I'm working 9-to-5, so I don't have as much free time as a teenager would have.  Probably the most I could offer is a few programming tips.

 

For instance, if you're coding the game in Java, and you're using a JPanel for the game, then it might help to use paintImmediately() instead of repaint().  I discovered by accident that paintImmediately took the annoying flickering out of my game altogether, and I discovered that just last week.  (After two years of coding the game, no less!)

Dont worry, are you familiar with 2d fighting games? i also make those, mostly dbz 2d fighting games.

Hello evryone, If anybody want to see their own 3D Gun in live action, you can request it here!

I know how to model and rig 3d guns for engines.

Altough i only use 1 program to model and rig evrything, it supports alot of formats.

The program i use is: Fragmotion wich you can also make 3d animations for models with it.

The following things you will need to put in your post before i can accept your request:

1. the name of your weapon

2. what kind of catagory is your weapon? Like handgun, smg, melee weapon etc

3. how does your gun looks like? (Might be best if you post a picture of your costum gun (I would recommend using this site to make your own 2d picture of your weapon so i can make it in 3d, but a real existing weapon is also ok)

I've got too many projects going on, myself, to offer to help, but you've piqued my curiosity---these aren't pony FPS games, are they?  It's hard to imagine one, unless the player was in the horseshoes of a unicorn or alicorn with a variety of spells at their disposal.

There arent any pony fps games indeed (except for l4d2 and gmod but those are just addons im talking about a whole game) If you could help me it would be great

Hi Evrypony, im looking for people who are willing to help me make fps games, i know i have said this earlier, but the stress is just getting me to much and im never able to finish my games alone, the furthest i can get is making a demo but thats ofcourse not really something...

And please, i know many people on the forums are not interested in my games, but please, help me out with this, and even if you dont know how to make fps games dont worry, i can teach you all in a blink of a eye.

Hello fellow bronies and pegasisters. As some of you know i make 2d fighting games and fps shooters.

This time im working on a huge project that is a 2d fighting game about dragon ball z.

But the problem is im literly stressing myself to death becus of the amount of work it requires to get it done. I really beg you, please help me making the game and whe can make this game come true (Since there arent that much dragon ball z games on pc except for mugen but yeah, there are to much mugen dbz games).

And dont worry if you dont know anything about making 2d fighting games, this doesnt require any skill, it will only require your input.

If you are willing to help me that would be really awsome, if you want to help make a post with your skype name (if you have it ofcourse and if you dont have skype pm's are also good but not  the easiest way for me to communicate) and i will personally teach you how to use the engine via skype, also calling with skype might be the best way since it has sharing screens etc. I hope to see you guys around!

Well. I honestly doubt my chances are that good, but let's give it a shot o-o:  

 

Well. I've been and admin or mod on almost every other forum I've been on. I've co-founded six forums (Though only two really thrived)

 

I'm observant and eager to fix a problem when I see one. I'm loose on the trigger and almost grossly patient with people. I know a lot of people on here. But I doubt a popularity contest would mean anything. That being said, a lot of people have come to me for technical questions as well as personal ones. 

 

I personally think I know the rules pretty well, and when I'm a mod of any kind, I tend to spend a gross amount of time checking posts like Welcome and Planning whenever I have the time. Typically do it while playing Civ. 

 

The last thing which is most likely going to be why I would get rejected is that I'm new ish here. I've had experience in mlp sites before. But I'm new-ish still at any rate. I can only hope that if it do turn out well, that I'll prove myself worthy of the title.

Hi, i give peope the oppertunity to get their oc's in a 2d fighting game!

What is needed to get your oc in the 2d fighting game project:

1. You will need some poses or a spritesheet of your oc but i must not be to big or else it will look bad ingame.

2. post what kind of attacks your oc would have, like punching kicking, special abilities etc.

3. what kind of pony is your oc? Pegasus, earthpony, unicorn etc. (Alicorns are allowed but dont make it to overpowered due the power that alicorns have.

For the people asking why some therapist cant help certain people.

Evryone is diffrent, and not evry therapist can cure evry person on the world from a depression or trauma etc.

People say therapist do wonders, and they indeed do, but they cant fix evrything. Therapist tried to help me with evrything they could, but they couldnt handle my strong emotions.

So guys please keep in mind when someone has problems with their life, they have a reason for it, and therapist can help most people, but they cant fix evry problem in a person's life.

Its ok, Its not a problem since if i cant find the needed poses for your oc i can atleast put it in a team attack or something

Yeah, that was me, but that project is on hold and i managed to fix the problem with the oc colors being transparant, but i have heard people saying they had trouble making walking poses for their oc's

Could you give me an example of a sprite? What exactly do you need? Like an example of how they will look.

The things i will need for a character request.

A sprite sheet of the character (Must not be to small or to large)

Must have information about the character like: what kind of attacks he has, how strong he his etc

It depends, the engine i use is way difrent then fighting is magic and i will be able to make the skills maby even better, becus if you see how my 2d fighting game is made with the dbz genre you should imagine what will happen when all sorts of oc's will be imported

Hi i came up with a plan to make a 2d fighting game for this site, and i allow people to send me poses of their oc so i can import them into the engine.

Rules:

Your oc may not be overpowered (like able to drop down rain of nukes)

Alicorns are allowed but they will have more restrictions and other kind of ponise (or else it will be unfair)

Its best if you make your oc poses with this site: http://generalzoi.deviantart.com/art/Pony-Creator-Full-Version-254295904 and save the poses as diffrent images and send them to me.
