    Ok, now I'm sure most of us have seen the YouTube video of vynal scratch waking up And slowly getting in front of her bass and allowing the wubs to get her mane ready and wake her all the way up.
     
    Now what would you say if I told you this is a much better way of waking up opposed to coffee or soda. For me I discovered this in high school, as an insomniac I have a very hard time sleeping so naturally I'm exhausted in the mornings.

     
    One morning when I was extra tired my friend put his head phones on my head thinking it would be funny to startle me with a sudden loud burst of music. The song he turned on was Sandstorm (yes I know it's more techno but the way I see it is techno is rock and dub step his heavy metal) and instead of startling me I instinctively started to patternbmymotions to it. I soon found myself becoming more invigorated. Then im wide awake and ready to go.
     
    The next day I loaded as much music like it as I could on to my iPod nano 1GBP (yep they came that small at one point) and proceeded to school in which I stayed up all day and wasn't tired. Soon after dub step made its way to America and it worked even better.
     
    Now why are wubs better than caffeine?

    Caffeine is a bitter, white crystalline xanthine alkaloid and a stimulant drug.In humans, caffeine acts as a central nervous system stimulant, temporarily warding off drowsiness and restoring alertness. In other terms it tricks out bodies into thinking they are more awake and have Moe energy than they really do. Now I'm not a brain expert but I truly believe in some of us we can picture sound. We feel it and our minds work to comprehend it. With dub step there is so much going on that it brains break it apart and rebuild it for us to even hear it. Wubs send pulses threw you invigorating the mind and allowing it to function to a rythme. Its a more natural way of waking up and it doesn't come with the sugar and carbs. So if you enjoy dub step instead of reaching for the soda or coffee pop on some head phones and get your brain into a beat that last for hours.
