    Really? To me it just looks like they're saying being "kind, loyal, and true" is more important than whether you're a pony or dragon. What matters is who you are, not what you are. I do discuss that line and while I can see why out of context it seems to promote blind faith, in the context of the episode it does the exact opposite. I hope my video explains that well

    How is it racist? Are you implying that no communities of bad people exist in the real world? Never was it stated that dragons were inherently bad, in fact they all just seemed like your typical teenage punks to me. Yes, this was a big migration of dragons and yes it's the only ones were shown, but the point of the episode was not to put dragons down, but instead was that you belong with your friends, regardless if you have different backgrounds, age, or races. You are yourself, not your race. In that's sense it's the exact opposite of racist.

    If I may, I totally disagree with the moral being harmful. In fact, I think it's one of the best and most creative ones the show has ever done! It's about critical thinking and open mindedness, and it gets this across by displaying things that are usually associated with superstition and such. It's a complete inversion of what you would expect, which is why it's so good! I made a video thoroughly explaining this a few months ago, so go check it out!       That's all wild speculations. No one really knows how big or small this fandom is. There are fans of the show who don't participate in the fandom at all, so you can't really make an accurate conclusion.

      The problem is that actually watching the show on Discovery Family or whatever it airs on internationally, is a only a small subset of the viewership. I watched it all on Netflix until season 5, when I bought the episodes on YouTube as they came out. Maybe you could do a better estimate is you had the numbers also from YouTube, Dailymotion, Amazon, iTunes, and Netflix, but I doubt anybody could get those numbers. Hasbro probably has them though, certainly for all the legitimate sources.

    Well my mom's side of the family is split between Scotland and Germany as I understand it. For Scotland, I'm specifically descended from members of the Clan Mackay, which is at the Northwest end. Have no idea about my father's side, since he never knew his father and as for his mom I have no idea.

    Personally I wasn't the biggest fan of this episode. It was good, but not really great for me. If I was going to pick any episode from season 5 to be among the best, it would be Griffonstone

    OMG NO WAY!!! I love Shatner I'd so be down for this. Having him in a Discord episode could be cool. Honestly I don't care what role he gets, as long as he does his trademark overacting

    They were cool at first, but honestly them being around always raised some logical problems I had. They seemed to do whatever the story called for them to do. They don't seem to have a set effect. For example, they purified Luna but they turned Discord into stone. Idk maybe you could say they just reset the status quo, so meh, whatever. What I really disliked was how they were locked away in a chest in Canterlot that only Celestia had access to. Not only inconvenient, but really silly, considering no Celestia = no usuable elements. Maybe that was changed offscreen during season 2 though, since they made an attempt to retrieve the elements w/o Celestia in A Canterlot Wedding. Anyway those are just trivial concerns. Overall they can work, granted that the characters have to work to use them like in The Return of Harmony, but as an easily accessible,e magic reset button they're not very interesting. It's kind of like watching a Cena match on Raw: no sense that anything can go wrong.

    A lot of season 3 endings really stuck with me, particularly Wonderbolts Academy, Sleepless In Ponyville, and Magical Mystery Cure. All really sweet and happy conclusions that leave a smile on my face. The one to Spike At Your Service is pretty good too.

    No, just write him with a progressing arc. I suggested in a previous video that he should become the CMC's mentor and apply the lessons about growing up to them so they can get their cutie marks. I don't see why they should write him out of the show. If you don't want to focus on him anymore, just keep him as a secondary character. It doesn't hurt anyone
