Actually, Tyoe, we've talked about it, it's just been a while since the last thread.

Though I have to say that she's better in some episodes than she is others. For example, I really liked her in "Rainbow Falls."

 

I'm hoping her rainbow MacGuffin episode does as much for her as Rarity and Dash's did for them.

I hope so too. I just hope she doesn't become flanderized. Every other pony of the main six still has a deeper character and hers is quickly deteriorating past the two dimensional point.

I think it is because, the writers write Pinkie Pie differently and the thing is that when she does have an episode centered around her we will be able to tell whether she is characterized differently than she was in the past. I don't see a problem with how she is, she isn't exactly flaunderized though.

She's getting close though.

She has been kinda air-headed and very squeaky screamy so far. Pinkie Apple Pie was the best she's been this season.

Yeah but that's still not very good. Not compared to how she used to be.

Seriously, she's become so one dimensional it hurts. She used to have character and now it's all gone, they made her less intelligent too. Has anyone else noticed this? I never see any talk about it on youtube or equestria daily or anywhere. I have this image in my head that the original Pinkie is trapped in the mirror pond waiting for rescue that will never come . I'm just wondering why no one has talked about it.

Yeah Cloud Kicker, that's her name. I also forgot that she has a purplish coat as opposed to a gray coat that I thought she had. It's good to hear that Derpy may be coming back to the show in the background. I just think that Cloud Kicker is Derpy made "perfect" in the eyes of those who control Celestia. 

I think you're thinking too much into it. There is only two players in the roleplay and that isn't enough for a roleplay (unless it was chat-styled, but this is forums style. That leads to more players at least four or higher.)

 

This is a good story, if anything it would be better for a reboot to restart so that other ponies (such as myself) can start into a group instead of separate situation with only two other ponies busy or stuck into somepony who can't post in the first place.

 

Hmm, if I did that I would have to start it out a totally different way, which is fine. Let me ask Master Combine and see what he thinks.

Alright here's how this is going to go down. I was writing to see if anypony had any interest at all in the rp anymore. I would really like to restart from where we left off and I think you were all really great at rping and that I think you could really make for a great set of storytellers. I am giving all of you a week and a half starting Monday to reply if you are still interested. If I don't get a reply in that time I will not say one more word on this thread ever again about the rp. so yeah.

Ok so as most of us Bronies and Pegasisters know, there really hasn't been much Derpy round season three so far and prospects look grim in the future. But I have a theory about why we haven't seen Derpy recently, you see there is a pony that everyone always mistakes for Derpy but isn't her. I can't quite recall her fandom name but hopefully one of you could tell me (please  ) Maybe Derpy dyed her mane two different colors and had surgery done on her eyes to make them straight and changed her name to something more "pleasant". Or she got in some sort of time accident with Dr. Whooves and came out looking different than when she went into whatever it was that the Doctor and her had to deal with. Either way that's my theory and why so many people mistake this other pony for her, it's because it is her, though she looks different for the cameras. Still it's very sad to only see her in the shows' opening. So yeah, take this how you will and stuff.

You know, watching that last part with Twilight got me to thinking. Twilight seems like she may be unintentionally getting corrupted by her magic. Doing experiments on animals and potentially sending one of her best friends into a kind of limbo (or whatever is on the other side of the pool). She almost seems haughty about her abilities. To me it seemed that she may even be getting arrogant, which can lead to more nefarious states of mind if you catch my drift. http://mlpforums.com/public/style_emoticons/default/dry.png Of course I could be looking way too deep into this.

I think that I will just tell you how the story is going to unfold. Most of you have obviously lost interest or moved on for some reason or another. I will tell the story if I don't get a post within two days so at least when you log on next you will know how the overarching story and my ideas for it would have unfolded. I enjoyed dming for the short time that it was going on and I am glad to have had such great rpers for my first time dming on the internet.

The roleplay needs a bit more than just two players. If you really want this roleplay to get going we need some more characters. We need other characters to interact to that aren't just NPCs. This roleplay can a great one, but we need some players. However, I'll still be game with just two, but still.

So I guess it's just down to you two guys. I'll have to think of something to maybe whittle it down for just two but I have to think about it.

At first there is silence when you call out to the light. Everything is quiet and a sense of peace and goodness starts to filter it's way through your mind. The anxiousness and fear and feelings of defilement start to disappear and as all that goes on the light starts to clear away. After what feels like ages and ages the light disappears entirely. As you look around you cannot even begin to describe the beauty and vividness of the landscape around you. You are on top of some kind of mountain but the landscape is foreign to you, it's like no place you've ever seen and everything gives off a celestial aura. The trees are greener than green, the rocks a color you can't even describe, the sky a shade of blue you've never perceived before. There are clouds of the whitest white around you and below you and as you look upon the celestial landscape you see something in the distance.

A black speck appears in the distance. It starts to get closer and closer. As it becomes more visible you can see the flapping of wings from a pegasus, but more graceful than any pegasus you have ever seen. As the pegasus gets closer and closer you can see that he is big, very big. He looks you in the eye and you can tell that he can peer into you soul. With the grace of five Celestias the pegasus lands in front of you. He is no ordinary pegasus, he stands taller than any pony you have ever known. He looks more powerful than the strongest Earth pony you have ever met, which is odd for a pegasus. He has a long flowing black as night mane and his equally black coat is shiny and healthy looking.

You feel a great peace and goodness come from this Pegasus, he looks down to you and smiles, and he says:

"Hello Shadow Chaser, I am Pegasus, the god of Pegasi and the father of Princesses Celestia and Luna. I have called you here for something very important."

Carrick, after some time, what seems like centuries, you hear a loud bang on the barn door. You hear a few more bangs and then a loud KA-THUNK and the door slowly opens to the early dawn of the farm. The two guards that brought you here yesterday walk in with jeers on their faces. "Hey buddy time to get up, Applejack is here to give you some apple pie." the two guards laugh and roughly bring you to your hooves and start dragging you away like tey did the day before. They bring you out to a deserted part of the farm that is close to the Everfree forest. Around you you see baskets set up under the apple trees.

"You buck all these apples in a few hours and we will make sure that we won't beat you too much." one of the guards said. And with that they galloped away leaving you to your task.

Reporting in for duty, Captain!

Well right now you've been enveloped in light and can only see bright light all around you even when you close your eyes.

Where did sky go? does anybody know her on other sites so we can email her? She's been goen for a while and I hope she's ok.

I'll wait one more day for Sky and if she doesn't post I guess you can post MasterCombine, or Slendy or both. Heck both of you could post right now if you wanted.

Thanks guys! But it wouldn't be as good if not for all of you and your great characters.

One of the guards goes behind you and starts to nudge you and he says: "Everything is fine there. You don't have to worry, the Apple Family will welcome you, maybe make you a pie." The guard in front of you looks at you with a weird look in his eyes.. "Don't worry I think they'll be happy to see you, maybe you could buck some apples for them." the guard in the front says. Both of the guards get beside you and squeeze you between them. You can't move and you are lifted off the ground as they walk with you in between them. They walk to the gate of Sweet Apple Acres and it immediately looks much different than it used to. The Apple Family house looks to be abandoned, you see ponies that are moving differently from the ponies in town. They seem to have a naturalness to them and none of them seem like they are being controlled like the others do. But you see them working the fields and bucking apples from apple trees.

All of them are exhausted and emaciated.

"Sweet Apple Acres hasn't changed has it?" he says this sarcastically and mockingly. "We'll get you some apple pie." they laugh at you and carry you over to the barn. They open the door and throw you in, shutting the door behind them and laughing as you are cast into utter darkness.

Ok, I was able to sneak home for today, so I am currently reading all the posts and will soon start working on my own. I plan on sticking to this!

 

I will be going back to the campground tomorrow and stay there until Sunday, sadly no wifi.

 

Edit: I noticed I was NPCed a bit, no matter, although I wonder if I am still in or not?

The guards looked at each other, for a moment. Then they looked back at Carrick with a wicked smile on their faces.

"You say that you used to live here huh? Sweet Apple Acres is...fine. Yeah, yeah we'll take you to Sweet Apple Acres just follow us, we'll escort you." The guards stand on either side of you and start leading you down to the farm.

So do Sky and I start off in that treehouse we fell asleep in?

Apparently his mom found out that he was on the forum and pretty much gave him the boot. A peculiar situation since he is 17 but, who knows.

Why what happened?

As you walk down the street towards Sweet Apple Acres, a few guards notice you. They walk up to you and ask:

"You are a newcomer? Why are you heading this way? The hotel is that way." The guard looks very angry.
