Oh, that's quite simple. Use this (spoiler) then whatever you want to say and then (/spoiler) replacing all ()'s with [ ]'s. So it should like this;
If you hit "quote" on my post you can also see how it looks in the actual use, so you can always copy+paste until you get used to it, if need be
