Now that I think about it. A LMG could probably do some serious damage to one. I know one shot from a cruiser (close to land) would make a titan non existent.

And that is ok.

The problem is that while Titans can regenerate, most of them are hilariously slow and stupid along with being incredibly fragile. For god's sake, when they hit each other, their own arm comes off.

 

Abherrants are the exception to the slow rule, but even then, they are dumb as bricks

 

Killing Titans is somewhat hard, but crippling them is laughably easy

I'm pretty sure too you dont need to slice there neck too since titans kill each other by eating each other

The neck thing is true, but im pretty sure One shot from a tank would sever the human spinal cord inside the titan easily.

Let alone absolutely destroy it.
