  1. Midnight went to go talk to Rave about meeting up to help with her disguise, but abruptly stopped in her tracks when she saw his and Chrissie's faces pressed together in a kiss. She immediately turned around and felt really awkward. "It's time for lunch anyway." She told herself trying to pretend she didn't see anything. Midnight remembered that she had planned to eat lunch with Chrissie, but that apparently wasn't gonna happen. She proceeded to the cafeteria where she saw Lorcan. She remembered seeing him before, but couldn't remember where. She thought for a while as she got her food then remembered. He was the pony that was being bullied. She had tried to stand up for him, but other ponies had the situation handled. She heard him mumbling to himself and tried to listen. She knew it wasn't the more respectful thing to do, but she was curios. It's in her nature. Midnight felt bad when she heard what he was saying. "He wants friends, but just pushes them away." she thought to herself. She figured that it was worth the effort to make him feel better, but at that moment, it was clear he wanted to be alone. She trotted over to another empty table while she kept her head low to avoid ponies seeing what her hood was covering.
  2. Midnight was sad for Chrissie. She didn't deserve to be treated like this. "Look, if it makes you feel any better, I think you're pretty awesome." she said hoping to cheer her up. "Even though I really haven't known that long, you seem pretty nice." Midnight really wasn't that great at making ponies feel better. "Those stallions are jerks. They just wanna look all high and mighty to make others feel bad about themselves. You can't let them win." she got more serious. "I've seen you stand up for others. You just gotta stand up for yourself. And if you can't, there are ponies around here who will help you." Midnight smiled hoping that she helped Chrissie.
  3. Midnight nodded and followed Rave as he went outside, but stopped to see Chrissie run away with tears streaming down her face. Her heart broke for her. She could tell the stallion bullies were being well taken care of by her classmates. Midnight knew she had to go after Chrissie. She turned back to Rave. "I gotta go help her." she said. "I'm sorry, maybe we can talk after school. I just really gotta help." Midnight left him without letting him respond. She ran to catch up with Chrissie and tried to fly, but quickly remembered her wings were stuck inside her sweatshirt. "Wait!" she yelled at Chrissie.
  4. Midnight could hear Chrissie's sadness about how her friends had skipped lunch with her. She felt bad for her and knew what it felt like to be alone. Midnight told herself that she would sit with Chrissie. Even though she really didn't really know her. Chrissie had stood up for her. The least she could do was join her at lunch.
  5. Hurricane watched as Lightning Bliss bandaged her up and winced a little as it was tightened. She looked around as the other ponies were talking and trying to figure out what to do. She started to feel a slight headache coming on as the adrenaline slowly left her body. Her wound started to hurt more too. After listening to Clover's idea of her being transported by hippogryph, she looked over at Stormwing. "I can fly." she weakly protested. She got in the stance ready to take off, but as she jumped off the ground to fly, she immediately felt the pain in her side and fell back down to the ground. "Ouch." she said as she got back up. Hurricane looked back at the mares. "Maybe not."
  6. Midnight saw Chrissie's gaze shift to Diego. Midnight looked at him and let out a small almost in audible giggle. Her attention went back to Rave after he formally introduced himself. "Oh, uh, my name is Midnight Shade, but you can just call me Midnight." She smiled back.
  7. Midnight nodded at Rave in agreement. She went to go write notes, but kept a careful ear on Chrissie and Shadow. Something seemed fishy with that stallion. She kept writing notes and listening on until the teacher spoke up sounding upset. She didn't know what the deal was until she saw the bright chalk on the bored and started to snicker a bit. She scanned the room trying to find the culprit, but had no intention of exposing them. She looked over at Chrissie to see if she had the answer.
  8. Hurricane back down at wound Lightning Bliss had pointed out. "Oh, that's a lot of blood." She said without any alarm. "I'll be fine she replied back to her. Her mind was too weak to contemplate the severity of the situation. She looked back up at Lightning. "I'm sure it'll heal."
  9. When Midnight saw Chrissie and Shadow gesture toward her, she started to feel a little happier. She began to get up and move before the teacher stopped her. "Miss, this a two partner project." she said strictly. Midnight sat back down. "But I don't have a par-" Her sentence was cut off when Rave walked in. The teacher looked back at her. "You were saying?" he grinned in a mocking manner. Midnight just laid her head on her table in a pouting manner. When Rave sat next to her, she didn't know what to expect. He knew what she was. Would he be apprehensive? Would he tell other ponies? Once began to talk to her, her fears slowly began to melt away. No one had ever specifically looked for her before for a good reason. She normally wouldn't look up at a pony that close to her, but she turned her head toward him so he could see her shadowy face with amber eyes and her white fangs standing out. "Sure we can be friends." she whispered not wanting to be caught by the teacher for talking. "And I've been looking for you to. I need your help with something." She paused to look around the room to make sure no one was listening in. She turned back to Rave and whispered even quieter, "I heard you know some dark magic."
  10. Tried to watch Racist Mario. Couldn't finish :o

  11. Oh my goodness! I love her so much! She is sooooo adorable!! (Sorry, my quote and mention buttons aren't working)
  12. ((I understand. We all get busy sometimes.)) After the Keeper left, Hurricane immediately collapsed to the ground due to all of her drained energy. The screams in her mind had stopped. She felt weak both physically and mentally, but she was glad to know that they had driven away the Keeper. After a few moments of recovery, she sat up and examined her wounds. She looked at her long gash along her side from the Keepers scythe. There was a lot of blood and probably needed medical attention, but Hurricane was too dazed to care. It only hurt a little at the moment, it would feel a lot worse when the adrenaline ran out of her system. "Is everypony alright?" she asked looking around.
  13. Midnight knew she was late to her first class. She walked into the same classroom as Chrissie and Shadow, but didn't take notice of them. She tried to conceal herself even more in her black hoodie. As she walked down the isle to the back of the room, she heard ponies whisper. "Hey guys look, it's Sketch." "I wonder if she's actually a pony." "I heard she was a vampire." Midnight heard all the assumptions and comments as she took a seat in an empty corner across from Chrissie and Shadow. She noticed ponies in pairs and figured it was a group assignment. She just pulled out her notebook and was prepared to work alone. She didn't really mind it though. Her mind was set on finding Rave to see if he had a magical disguise she could use.
  14. ((The week thing kinda threw me off, but I'll work it in.)) When the jocks left, Midnight hung down head and folded in her wings. A tear ran down her cheek. She looked up when Rave began to speak to her and held out his hoof. She ignored the gesture and with tears running down her face, she quietly said, "I...I'm not a monster. I gotta go." she put on her sweatshirt and back pack and left without saying another word. She went back to the Everfree to the tree she normally perched herself on and took of her sweatshirt, back pack and tail extensions. She had cried herself to seep that night. [week pass] Midnight woke up with the sun rays in her face. Her pet vampire fruit bat, Ziggy, was hanging upside down on the branch above her still snoozing the hours away. Midnight giggled at him. "Ugh, Ziggy. I don't wanna go to school." She knew he wasn't listening, but kept talking anyway. "Those jocks know who I am now. I need a better disguise." she began to think. "Something magic would be great, but I don't know anpony. I mean, I guess I know Zacora, but a potion would probably take a while." She thought for a while longer. "I got something!" she yelled excitedly making Ziggy wake up immediately. "That pony yesterday, they said he knew dark magic. Maybe I can talk to him." Midnight began to put on her fake tail extensions and her sweatshirt and backpack and she started to for school. As she walked onto campus, she tooka deep breath and pulled her hood farther down.
  15. The jock's fear really hurt Midnight. She had just shown herself as the scary monster everypony thought her to be. The name 'freak' added to the pain. There was a moment when Midnight softened her expression, but then made it return into it's intimidating glare. "N...now let him down." she commanded as she gestured to Rave by glancing over. "And then get your flanks outta here." Every word that came out of her mouth felt like she was stabbing herself, but she didn't know what else to do.
  16. Midnight's cold gaze disappeared to fear when the jock approached her threatening the fate as the 'traitor'. She began to back up. "P...please don't. I...I don't want to--" Her sentence was cut short when she felt her flank run into the back of a tree. There was no escaping it now. 'Well crap' Midnight thought. There was no way out of it now. She quickly whipped off her back pack and sweatshirt. She fully extended her bat like wings in a battle ready stance. She bared her fangs and hissed like an angry bobcat. She made herself as frightening as possible. And angry look was in her amber eyes as she stared down the jock. There was no backing out now.
  17. The jock's words pierced Midnight like a dagger which made her draw back a bit, but she used that pain as strength and stared coldly into the jock's eyes. She figured she would have play a card she never wanted to use. "I'm warning you. Don't make me do something I promised I would never do." Midnight's voice was shaky with adrenaline and fear. She began to think that this was a bad idea. She really didn't want to have to follow through with her threat.
  18. Midnight didn't know how to react when Lorcan decided to fight back. She didn't know if she could help or not. She would feel bad for just leaving, but there were many other ponies to help. Without being noticed, she silently slipped back away from the action. She was beginning to walk home when she noticed something strange out of the corner of her eye. She turned her head to see a pony dangling helplessly from a flagpole. She then heard somepony call him a traitor and that he used dark magic. Midnight could relate o this. Being a batpony, many saw her as a kind of traitor because of her kind being loyal to Nightmare Moon when she was evil. They also saw her as a creature of evil and darkness. Midnight knew she had to do something to help this pony out. She ran over to the jock and yelled, "Let him down now!" in a commanding tone hoping it would work.
  19. Yay! Discount Chocolate for Singles Day

  20. Midnight continued watching the device's mesmerizing gameplay. She was intrigued to see the little character battle creatures. Until her acute hearing picked up a yell nearby. She thought the insult was directed at her. Her heart raced as she whipped around to see who it was. Just as she did, the other pony who was playing the game turned around and took notice of her in a very surprised manner. Midnight was overwhelmed and didn't know what to do. "I...uh... I gotta go." She said quickly and nervously. She ran off and grabbed her back pack. She kept running until she saw a pony getting bullied. The victim seemed to be doing nothing but relaxing and just reading a book. Out of her peripheral vision, she saw two other ponies near by, but her focus was on the action. Midnight was just about to run again until she thought about speaking up. She was afraid of what might happen and debated with herself. Some pony had stood up for her so she figured it was her turn to stand up for somepony else. "Hey! uh..Leave him alone!" She yelled at the bully. Midnight began to think if that was a bad idea.
  21. "Strange pony." Midnight said as Chrissie ran off. She grabbed her backpack and decided it would be best to leave the cafeteria. It wouldn't take long for the other ponies to figure out she was unprotected. She went out to the front grassy part of the school for some fresh air and free space away from mean ponies. When she got out, she noticed a pony that seemed to be talking to himself. Midnight could only assume he was playing a video game. It peaked her interest. Being her curious self, she had to check it out. She dropped her dark purple backpack down where she was and silently approached the game playing pony trying not to be noticed. She was behind the tree and looked over to watch the pony play the game.
  22. Midnight's ears perked as she lifted her head up when she heard Chrissie say she wasn't a monster. "You're really not afraid of me?" she asked. "I hear ponies refer to me Sketch because I'm always in hiding and they say I'm pretty sketchy. The ponies who have taken notice of me, call a monster." she said her head drooping back down, but she immediately pulled it up again. "But you're different. I like you." she added in a shy quiet voice managing a smile.
  23. Midnight was caught by surprise when Chrissie stopped her. "Wait, really?" She replied with a small smile that quickly morphed into a face of confusion. "But, you don't even know me. You don't know what I look like or what I'm like." She said. "What if I am some horrible shadow lurking monster?" She asked before adding, "That's what every other pony seems to think I am.
  24. I like derp twilight. I keep seeing her cheeks as little hands pointing to her mouth which makes it really cute. I would've made her head more circular, but that's just me. (Sorry I'm a little bit of a perfectionist.) Other than that and making it a little bigger, I like it.
  25. Wow, You're art style is amazing. Love it! The mutated pony is definitely very strange, but I like her. I really like her uniqueness and originality. The Cadence and Sombra one is really awesome. The facial expressions are great. Although I think Sombra would have more of a scowl, the sly smile really gives him more character and I really love it.
