  1. Well, it sounds probable, but then we would be only doing an advanced simulation of it. I think the way to find Equestria would be through some form of interdimensional travel. I think that's the only way where we would be talking about Equestria being "real".
  2. I was a little kid with no idea on how to exist or what to like. My taste was barely anything: Megaman, Touhou, and Pokémon. I was also unbearable and the village idiot of a small forum.
  3. Day XI: I am a background human in these forums. I'm starting to like it.

  4. Well, it's your decision. I am not going to try to make you change it. At least you get it. You get it the right way when it comes to life: it is a challenge where you need a reason to live. We often loose this reason, but we always find it back. It never vanishes. I never met you, but I feel like we could have been good friends. Goodbye and stay strong.
  5. I know, but I meant something like some big movement or it becoming the norm. Something like this:
  6. I have Lazaretto by Jack White stuck on my head.
  7. Sunny Town? It looks a lot like that place Applebloom went to in "Somepony to watch over me". It's probably like that.
  8. It would be both hilarious and disgusting; just like homophobia. Watching what's happening with Tumblr, it doesn't look like that much of an improbable scenario TBH.
  9. Today I'm posing lazy, which is like regular lazy except I'm wearing a leather jacket. I plan on doing the same tomorrow.

  10. I became a full member like half a minute ago. Should I feel special?

You should always feel special. :)

      Thanks.

  11. I am not afraid of crying, but I rarely feel enough to do so. I think your dad meant that he feels enough emotion to cry, but he doesn't need to physically express this by crying. I relate to what he said. It's anything but bad. It's a good way to express your emotion, and it doesn't make you any less though. I think that it's less manly to voluntarily avoid something that doesn't seem very masculine than to do something that's not considered "though". Isn't that the premise for most of us calling ourselves manly for watching a show for little girls in the first place? It's insecure to voluntarily hide it. As for my experiences with crying... I don't know what to describe as an answer to that.
  12. Well, I think it depends on the job here. If it's something physical, I think you shouldn't be allowed to wear any piercings. They are dangerous for stuff like that; just like rings, necklaces, and the like. I do agree with you on the part that it's bullshit to not allow them at a job where it's not exactly dangerous to wear them or it doesn't even affect it. As for tattoos... I think they should be okay with that too as long as they can be hidden. Perhaps one of the problems with this is that it is probably associated with being informal.
  13. My slight training in Aikido gave me some knowledge on how to use the bokken (A wooden Katana that's as dangerous as a real one if you use it right) and my bare hands, so I'm going with those two. Also, seeing how most people here went with ranged weapons, I'm taking a large amount of explosives to use. Just in case.
  14. I am only a couple of kilograms off my ideal weight, I shower everyday, and I don't wear any trilbies. Also, I'm not a zoophiliac nor a pedophile. Also, I don't complain about the show nor the fandom that frequently. Other than that, I'm not sure.
  15. Absolutely. I actually admit I enjoy them more than the TV show. It gives the characters and the story much more depth and concept and the ideas in them are really interesting. Get started with the main series and then read the rest. That's what I would do.
  16. I would be really confused. If they were sentient, I would probably go and watch.
  17. Most people that read it need help from me to understand what I wrote. It's as messy as it gets.
  18. If I had to choose, I would probably go with Pinkie Pie and her ridiculously happy attitude.
  19. Well, I simply said it as something that would be nice if it happened; but I have less than no skill to even draw a straight line. Not to mention the making of the actual song parody. I also don't know people who would like to work on this. Sorry.
  20. I like this. It would be really awesome to have some parody animation with these lyrics to the song. Diamond Tiara should fix them up. She IS the most evil living being in Equestria, after all.
  21. I'm too poor to do such a thing and I usually find it pointless to go somewhere if I'm not going to see some friend of mine or some big, interesting event. It's a definite no from me.
  22. Well, I kind of understand the Chrysalis one; but I disagree with your point on Spike. I mean, what Zecora said is that it's in a dragon's nature to be greedy and lazy; but she never said anything about it making him grow naturally. I actually believe piling up a bunch of things like the adult dragons we saw in the show just accelerates their aging process and locks them at adulthood if they keep it for too long. Spike would just age normally with time, since he accepts the fact that greed makes him a monster. Maybe their age proportions are big compared to ponies, so a dragon that's 12-ish is still a baby; because teenagers are around 80 years old. Stuff like that. Also, I believe that Spike becoming an irrational adult dragon is a metaphor for what greed makes out of people who can't control it. I think that was the point of the whole episode. As for the Dragon Quest part, it's been made clear that Spike doesn't want to be like the other dragons himself; and that Twilight was just worrying for his safety.
  23. Talk to me if you need someone to talk to. I'll do what I can to help you if you wish.
  24. Welcome to the forum. You're going to love it here. You probabloy did already, but I recommend you reading the rules if you didn't. The art of being active in a forum is rather simple. It's mostly about sticking to the rules, replying appropiate; elaborate responses to topics that stick to it's idea, and making sure you started a topic in the right place if you want to make one. To do this, just make sure the area's description fits better what you want to talk about (For instance, Octavia's Hall is for posting pony-related fanart you made; so you're going to expect pony fanart in there and post yours there if you want to). I hope you understood and that you have a great time here. Cheers.
