Actually, take a step back folks and look at Manehatten, it's already there. The Industrial revolution has happened in pockets across Equestria. Say in Canterlot their Industrial Revolution isn't so much industrial as much as it is magical. For Cloudsdale, it's a different kind of setting, almost a cross between then two because of the Weather Factory. And then you have little Ponyville, a farming settlement in a rural area. No, we're not going to see a lot of specialiced technology, or magic. We're going to see more of a fairy tale village sort of deal, on the edge of a dark forest with wilderness and dangerous animals. So yeah, as cool as a steampunk world would be, Equestria is a little more diverse. Quaver Ava

I just always thought that the extra nick names for the girls was cute. I mean, weird as it is, our fandom has a higher male populace than female. So it's always cool to see a female fan in my opinion and makes them a little special. Giving them the option of their title was just really cool. Wherever this debate goes, there will always be ladies who enjoy being called one term or the other, or none of the above. Sometimes, people like to just be a fan and enjoy something. I'd say I'm pretty energetic, creative, and just a little bit arogant about things when in a good mood. So, 30% Rarity for creativity and how her life revolves around it. 60% Pinkie because I love making new friends and am very energetic. 10% Dash to show that I've got my confidence and willing to stay in shape. All three of those are also sensitive to judgement as well, so I do tend to panic sometimes. Quaver Ava

I think I would date date Twilight for her love of literature, even though Pinkie Pie is my favorite character. But if not those two Fluttershy is probably the most desired character in the series for any serious relationship in my opinion. She's often shown to be motherly and caring, so that plays well with many men's desire for a 'wife and kids.' RainbowDash is too brash and impulsive, Rarity would be too much, Applejack has desirable qualities and a good work ethic. Pinkie Pie is energetic and fun, so dating her would be a blast, but she's been known to show some unpleasent traits that would not be desirable in a relationship. Every character has ups and downs. I'm semi open. Some days I feel self concious about wearing a pony shirt, and some days I go out thinking my pony shirt is the best shirt I have to wear. I've even shared my some fanfiction with my professional writer's group and they loved it. Still need to save up money to buy a pony shirt I can take to welding class! Show all them red-necks a what for! : D (Nothing against rednecks, I grew up with them.)

I would agree that Spike having a dragon friend, maybe a pen-pal that shows up every so often, would be a great asset to the show. Like Babs, Spike needs a dragon buddy. Girl or boy, it could make for a really fun episode or two.

Hey! I'm new, and Pinkie Pie is best pony. I couldn't read up on the whole section, that's a lot of replies. Am I required to read all the posts to stay here? I would be very sad. And Pinkie doesn't like sad ponies.
