Have you ever had one of those days where you are cramming everything together and getting stressed out because things aren't going right. Well today was one of those days for me. Princess Celestia was having princess Cadence over from the Crystal Empire and we had to clean and prepare the royal hall for her arrival and prepare food for the feast later that evening. As being Shining armours 2nd in command I was in charge of just that while he prepare the escorts. I started making sure everything was going alright until there was a problem. We didn't have enough tables to hold the food. As I send to stallions to get more I go into the kitchen and they tell me that someone burnt the oh'derves and they would have to restart and didn't have enough ingredients to do it. As I leave I see the same two stallions but at the time didn't recognized them and told them to get more ingredients for the chefs and they had tried to tell me they where still getting tables but i cut them off to early and told them to do it anyway at that point I thought everything was going ok until Princess Cadence arrive the waiter pony's brought out the food and the chefs had nowhere to put the food. After I realized what I had done my face turned red and I trotted back into the corner and realized if I didn't try to do everything myself and ask for help managing the place things could have gone alot smoother and I wouldn't have forgotten that they where still getting tables and would have been able to think alot more clearly. So for anypony out there dealing with stress problems don't be afraid to ask for a little help and just take a break here and there and you will think so much more clearly. i am doing this blog from my OC's perspective and could really use feedback on how i can improve and what people like about it and if i should even continue this at all.

Leading is hard. take for example just today some private thought they could stand up to me and not follow a direct order to go and clean up the royal dining room after the princesses finished there afternoon Meal. that private made me so mad i almost blew my mane off. but then i realized he was probably getting all pissy with me because i had been a bit harsh over the past few weeks like when i made that poor private clean the royal bathroom all by himself or when i force him to do all the dirty work Celestia tells me to do and i tell him to do them. as i think this over i realize that being a leader doesn't mean placing yourself enough above other pony's where you order them to do everything you don't want them to do. you never tell somepony to do something you wouldn't do yourself. as i thought this over i tell the young private that i would help him and get a few other pony's to help as well so he didn't have the stress of doing all the work himself. that put a little smile to his face and that showed me i did something right and i am on my way to be a great leader in the royal army maybe even be the successor of shining armour. so for all you ponys out there reading this i just wanted to let you know you are not a great leader when you just order everypony around and do nothing else. that's all for today everypony Blackfire out

OOC: http://mlpforums.com/topic/115854-ooc-lost-wingman/ Its a dark and stormy night. the clouds rolled in and started to pour rain as Blackfire lead her squadron on war Pegasi back from the battle of the Everfree forest. as they fly one of the pegasi goes lost wingman (or flew out of position and i now lost) and is now nowhere to be seen in the gusty blaze. Blackfire then halts the Patrol and they evaluate the situation on how they can find the lost private. they divide into three groups Blackfire in the lead of one of them and her luintent and the general of the other two. they designate a senior Airpony to set up radio communications and to try to contact the missing private and to keep the other groups from getting lost themselves. the lieutenant heads north toward ponyville as the general then heads west toward Las Pegasus and Blackfire's group heads back south towards the Everfree forest where she hope the private does not end up in knowing there still might be some rough zebras waiting to strip the equestrian armor of of the private or and downed pony. "We all must have hope that we will find her and bring her home" Blackfire said just before the groups disbanded

I know it has a United States Military Ranking but when i was drawing this i didn't have the time to look up German Military ranking because i did this in school but other than that what do you all think of it
