Ok, from what I've read, we're waiting on those who are flying the ship to give the ok for us to roam around the ship, but otherwise all of us are strapped in our rooms doing nothing.

I will answer that question for you Sinusoid. The majority of us are spending what time we have with our families. Even myself, so we may not post as often, but when the holidays are over, this RP should be getting back on its feet.

As Steve and Abby were getting settled in their quarters together, they heard Star Chaser over the intercom, "Attention all personnel, this is your flight officer. Lift off will proceed in 10 minutes. All personnel are to report to their quarters until planet side orbit has been exited." "Well, I'm glad we got settled in." Abby stated towards Steve. "Ya, there's no turning back now, we're going to space." Steve stated with a genuine smile.

Steve and Abby make their way towards the ship to board it, hoping that somepony would guide them to the living quarters. Steve carried his and Abby's things to the loading bay and started to explore the ship. Eventually, the two pegasi found their way to the living quarters, and they chose a room together. (Sorry, I just want to get inside, and I can't think of anything to do. )

Steve and Abby gathered their things and followed everypony out of the tram. They looked around at all the things to look at. Then, Steve decides to ask a question. "Yes, I have a question," "Just out of curiosity, how large is this ship?" Abby followed Steve, now listening to some classical remixes on rock songs. (www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDGngKTcwtM)

I was thinking that we may want stairs, since an elevator would be pretty slow if we needed to get somewhere quickly, just a recommendation.

Blegh... Alright, just ignore what I've said and leave me to think about this for a bit. It's like one of those things that sounds really good in your head, but once you put it on paper or tell someone, it sounds really stupid. And I meant that the scene I used him in would add drama, or suspense, or whatever, but it sounds really stupid now that I've said it.

I know, but it'd be for just one or two posts, plus it may reveal more backstory, if it is alright with Sinusoid. Otherwise, we can just pretend that I never mentioned anything about Foxy. And I agree with you, he doesn't fit onboard, and I understand if Sinusoid says no. But I thought I'd add a bit of, "drama" to the RP.

Alright, that sounds good! Other than that, I can't think of anything that needs to be added to the ship. But, I was thinking, and have been all day, and I am wondering how you guys feel, or at least how Sinusoid feels about me incorporating Foxy the Pirate Fox, as an animatronic he made when he still had his arm. But of course, this up to you guys, and more specifically, Sinusoid. If, you all happen to be ok with it, I have already thought up of how to incorporate him. (It's be only one scene, then I would take the animatronic apart, scrap the parts, and not mention him again.) But once again, it won't happen until I have permission. EDIT: I really hope you all know who he is, just saying.

I'd like to ask, are the offices going to contain the living quarters? Or are they going to be separate from the offices and be on a different floor?

Ok, I like the ship layout, very neat and organized. I also assume there will be personal quarters for each of the crew members, unless those are in the offices/workshop.

Sweet! I can't wait to see it! Thinking about it, I probably won't be able to post this weekend due to my room not being assembled. (getting new floors in my room)

This is something to consider before we get on board the ship, what is the layout of the ship? Can someone make that or give up and idea of what the inside will look like and how the rooms will be laid out?

Steve ponders the size comparisons for a moment then nods his head in understanding. "Ok, I understand you." Steve pauses for a moment, "Well... That is a really big ship..." Steve pulled out a small robotic kit that he'd been working on for the majority of the trip, and starts to finish it.

Steve nods at both, Star Chaser and Gizmo. "Well, I don't work on that kind of stuff, Gizmo." Turing towards Star Chaser, "Alright, that's understandable, but when do the rest of us board, get settled into the frigate and whatnot." "And just how large is the frigate?"

Steve looked towards Gizmo and nodded, "Probably, what kind of mechanics do you work with?" Abby starts humming a tune that sounds something like 'Swing Tavi Swing' ( ) Steve looks back towards Sinu, listening to what he had to say then looking at the contraption that he made when he was fifteen. Nodding his head he replies, "Very interesting, after seeing the contraption that you made, I think you'll be interested in some of the items that I have made myself, but, that can wait until we get to the frigate." Steve looks towards Star Chaser and asks, "So, since you'll be flying the frigate, after we arrive at our destination, when will we be boarding and when is our departure?"

After hearing what Sinu had said, Abby leaned over and whispered something into Steve's ear then returned to listening to her music. Steve looked like he remembered something important, which he addressed to Sinu. "Thanks to Abby, she reminded me that what I told you was how I thought the connection worked." Steve took a deep breath and cleared his throat before continuing. "After doing about a three months worth of research, I figured out that what was powering my arm was the electricity generated and used by my heart and brain, but it was a miniscule amount." "So, I did what research I could, but nopony had every been in the case that I was in, so I started recording as much as I could." "But the main gist of this is that my arm is very confusing and fragile, but while being fragile, it is pretty durable." "So you really shouldn't be concerned about it." Steve was finished with his rambling on about his arm and how it works. Then he added, "I noticed that you're pretty interested with electronics, if you ever want to know a bit more, maybe even make something of your own, just stop by my living quarters and I'll be happy to assist you with anything involving electronics!" And with that said, Steve got up and collected the animatronic kitten and shut it down before putting it away.

Abby is holding her diamond die in her hoof while listening to music. She thinks back at what Steve had to give up for her. And she still doesn't think it was worth it. But she stores that thought away for now, and moves her mind to a new question; what happened to her parents? Her brother told her that they were killed in a freak accident. She moves to another thought to think about; where are they going? And will they ever see Equestria again?

Steve noticed the confusion in Sinu's voice, and explained why he used such a small wrench. "Well, since my arm is basically now part of my body, I need to treat it with extreme care." "Think of it like a wire that is part of a series circuit." "If the wire becomes exposed, then it is a live wire, thus very dangerous." "But if the wire becomes disconnected, then the circuit becomes open." "It's the same idea with my leg and body." "If my leg isn't tuned up properly then it becomes dangerous." "and if the connection between my leg and my body is broken, then, well..." Steve paused for a moment and looked everypony in the eyes. "I become paralyzed..." "Permanently..." "Not to mention that I make all of my tools, that's probably why you can't find a 2.5mm Allen wrench."

No, you're good, we are all still in the train, Sinu, Gizmo, Star, and my characters, Abby, and Steve are in the back of the train talking about stuff, I'd read the posts to catch up, we're not* that far ahead.

Steve smiles, "Yep, I built it myself after sa-" Abby interrupts Steve when she overheard Gizmo talking about Steve's leg. "Well it's a long and complicated story..." Steve finishes his sentence "-ving Abby from a timberwolf..." "I lost my arm protecting my sister." "Oh, thank you, it's just a little loose, it happens when I don't move my arm for extended periods of time." "And nice to meet you!" "Abby, can you grab me the 2 1/2mm Allen screwdriver, please?" Abby rises from her seat and grabs the screwdriver and the screw from Sinu and hands them both to Steve. Steve gets the screw back into his leg and tightening it. He gives it a few stretches and everything is back in working order. Abby puts the screwdriver away and resumes listening to music.

Abby smiles, she rises to stretch then returns to her seat. Abby leans against Steve, taking his headphones to start listening to music. Steve stretches his animatronic arm, while he is doing this, one of the screws fall out. Steve doesn't notice this. There is a single die on a chain on Abby's neck. The die is made of diamond. Abby checks to make sure it is still on her, which it is. Steve begins to talk before he realizes he has no idea who the stallion he's talking to is, so he introduces himself. "I don't believe that you and I have met, I am Steve," looking at Sinu, "What is your name?"

Steve nods, now having a better understanding of the near future. "So I assume you've met everyone in this train car, so can you tell me who is who and what they do?" The animatronic kitten is curled up in a ball on Star Chaser's lap, purring with content. By now, the butterfly has been put away in its box, and Steve wakes his sister up, "Hey, rise and shine little sis." "We're almost to our destination." The orange mare awakens, blinks her eyes a few times, and sits up. The blanket covering the mare falls off of her, revealing that the mare is a Pegasus, and that Steve has an animatronic arm. Steve reaches down for the blanket and folds it up before putting it away. The mare looks around, and sees the two ponies near them, Star Chaser, who is just across from Steve, and Sinu who isn't that far away. Being the mare she is, she introduces herself to the mare in front Steve and the stallion just a meter away. "Oh, hi there!" "I don't believe I know either of you, my name is Abby Sentia."
