There's always aftermarket parts, as I'm sure we'll see Galpin Auto Sports have. They made that GT in their own design, what their rendition of the car would have looked like, along with many aftermarket parts and performance upgrades. I hope that there'll be a convertible like the 06' GT had.

True, but a hefty V8 with twin turbo would have been nice as an option. I personally wanted it to be as the Mustang is, available with many options.

Oh, well...I guess the important thing is that the new Corvette Zora and Ferraris new concept car they have set for 2018 will have to seriously reconsider designs due to the monstrosity unveiled today. Unfortunately, it definitely could have been better had FoMoCo used the Coyote V8 instead of the tiny EcoBoost V6

So Ford only designed the engine? In that case, I don't see why everyone keeps claiming Ford won 66' - 69'. I knew the bodies for the cars were British and the engine was American, but I thought that meant Ford still claimed the win?

It's what we need. The last time Ford created a beautiful artwork for the Le Mans, it ended up being the victor 4 years in a row. I was beginning to think Ford wasn't going to celebrate their most prized cars' anniversary. Then - the "Phoenix" shows up.
