What are some good programs for designing good OCs? I need something so my OCs in my Fan Fic can be designed. I may make a video out of it soon and can't draw worth a crap.

My Fan Fiction is in desperate need of two OC Character designs. I have a complete description of both OCs if that's needed, but I don't get paid until next Friday, so I'm really looking for someone to help me for free. I have a really good question: the wiki description of the Alicorn Amulet (EP Magic Duel) i'm trying to use it in my FanFic, but my main character is a pegasus, not a unicorn. Does that mean the Alicorn Amulet is not compatable with him? I don't remember the MLP episode ever saying only unicorns can use it.

Tips/ideas for animation/editing software?

What does rig mean? I've read that before but I don't know what it means. And can I get that Adobe After Effects free or is it like my Adobe Flash Professional, where I pay $49 a month? -
I recently decided because my fan fiction story is going so well to make an animated film for myself and to share with fans. I need puppets and the proper software for it, however, and I cannot find a program to do so. Does anypony have any ideas? I can spend a little money if needed. I just need a program to run my flash files(puppets) and it seems that I cannot find anything good enough or easy enough to use.

Oh...well it's in the extranet section, I suppose. I know I'd seen it earlier...my OC gets a bit lost sometimes. I've got to play the part OK is Oklahoma LOL I just didn't want to type the whole name.

My Favourite Mane 6 Pony: Fluttershy How did you find MLP Forums?: Google Images How you became a fan of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: YouTube Poop Well, name is James, but I prefer my MLP name, Emerald. I live in OK and I got to like MLP FiM when I started watching YTPs, and after watching some of MLP, I got curious about the real show, so I started watching episodes to familiarize myself with it, and I actually find it pretty cool. I have other things I like to do, but now most of my time is spent at work or writing my FanFic MLP story. I started writing the story shortly after Christmas, and I've become a bit obsessed with it since I love hearing all the reviews and I love writing.
I'm going to finish a chapter a day and I'm actually almost done. Just keep an eye out. Thanks for reading it!
