@@xCuddlefish, James looked at the the animal in front of him, "I'm sorry, but what are your species called? and if your hungry I might have something In my rucksack." James takes his backpack off his back and digs through it to find an apple in one of his pockets, he reaches out to give it Swift Wing, "Its not much, but since you had a craving for fruit maybe this will help?" @@Midnight_Aurora, @ Twilight walks over to the portal, "why didn't I think of that, Tech your genius." John sits next to Tech, "I might be of assistance with your problem here, the gateway seems to be trying to connect to all the worlds at once, but if you tone down the frequency between the worlds that should allow better control from this end."

@@Midnight_Aurora, @@xCuddlefish, @ James is thrown off by the fact the animal in front of him has just spoken, "Um, I'm from Earth. were just here as a scouting party looking for intelligent life, which it looks like we found. Is there anyone here that needs any help?" James said looking over the room, noticing that all the animals in the room where pretty much the same but different colors. after his realiztion of the different animals in the room the portal closes down behind him, "Well, it looks like we are stuck here for now, Unless you can get it working John." John looks over the portal and give a thumbs up, "I can give it a quick look at and see if i might be able to link it our world, its going to take me sometime to do a diagnostic, but i should have it in about an hour." (OOC: I know I'm controlling Storm Human Character, but its ok, just so you guys know.)

@@Midnight_Aurora, @@xCuddlefish, @, @ Everyone who was standing within earshot of the yell came back inside, Rainbow tried to move as quick as she could, but with carrying Lightning as well it made it harder. "Hey, if your in a hurry just leave me here." Lightning said to Rainbow. She looked at him and smiled then took off into the Library. He wanted to go inside to but his legs just didn't have enough strength yet to hold him completely up, so he sat there and waited. ---Meanwhile---- James and John stood at the entrance to the portal, "Remember, don't fire until fired upon, we are on a scouting mission only, and who knows when we can get back." James said, with his weapon at the low ready he walked into the portal. John was a little hesitant but ran into the portal as well. As James exited the portal on the other side an animal was standing there staring at him, he wasn't sure how to approach the situation but he lowered his weapon. "I don't mean you any harm, we come in piece." James thought to himself, I'm talking to animals, as he stood there John appeared behind him.

@, Lightning begins to get his feeling back in his legs enough to almost fully hold himself up, "If you don't mind, i would like to be your friend," Lightning holds his hoof out in front of him hoping to receive a shake of the Space Marines Hand. @@Midnight_Aurora, @@xCuddlefish, as you begin to look over the machine you notice that it is powering up again, although this time its a different sound then last time, as you stand there staring at a portal opens up in front of you ---Meanwhile---- Back in a human world James was looking at John, "So, are you going to answer me?" John snapped to attention, "Sorry Sir, Yes Sir," James walked over to John, "Very well son," he said as he placed his hand on his shoulder. Just as James began to walk back to his desk one of his men ran into the briefing room, "Sir, the portal has opened up again."

@@Midnight_Aurora, Twilight turns around to see Tech standing in the middle of her front door, "Well," Twilight said as she looked around for a certain pony, "I gave up on it, just don't tell Rainbow, I can't seem to figure it out, it worked the last time i used it but now, its just causing problems, if you can get it to work more power to you." @@xCuddlefish, @ Rainbow looked at Swift Wing well keeping Lightning up from falling over, "Well I've know her for awhile, I actually met her when she came to town setting up Princess Celestia's summer sun celebration, i was in charge of keeping the sky clear," and she pointed at herself proudly, "which i did in ten seconds flat. But im sorry to keep this sort i need to get him out there to apologize to the big guy outside, maybe we can talk later?" Just as Twilight finished her sentence Rainbow And Lightning made there way back outside. @ Rainbow helped Lightning over to the giant figure and she nudged him in his side, Lightning looked at the space marine, "I'm sorry for flying off the handle, i don't take well to threats and when our princesses are made fun of i get a little upset. I didn't mean to cause a problem with you."

@@Midnight_Aurora, @@xCuddlefish, @ Rainbow looked at Tech, "Yeah, shes the one, she outside talking to that giant thing trying to calm down the situation, but i would be careful around that thing, something came out earlier and dragonknapped our friend," @, Twilight Looked at Reven, "We are Equestrian, but there are many other species here as well, dragons, and diamond dogs just to name a few." Then Twilight looked down at the ground feeling upset, "But, the visitor we had came through the portal in the library and took one of my closest friends and left again. He was my baby dragon."

@, Twilight looked at the Space Marine with smile, "I accept your apologize, I'm sorry for all the problems we caused, but when one of our friends are taken away and then you showed up, we got a little on edge." She looked at the sword that Reven extended out to every pony, "You might want to keep that, just in case we have our visitors come back." @@xCuddlefish, @@Midnight_Aurora, @ Lightning looked over to Swift Wing, "No, I'm OK, just need to regain my energy, If it wasn't for Rainbow I might have done something really bad, and then i would have dealt with it." Lightning looks towards Rainbow, "And beside I enjoy being held up by her." he added with a smile. Rainbow Looked at Lightning and sighed, "You are always making an advance, why don't you just ask?" Rainbow waited for an answer, but Lightning clammed up and looked at the ground embarrassed. Rainbow Looked over to the other two ponies in the room, "Yeah, I would diffidently talk to Twilight before you mess with that, she gets pretty upset when somepony mess with her stuff."

@@Midnight_Aurora, @@xCuddlefish, @ Rainbow looks at Tech, "Well, he put himself into a daze because of what happened earlier, and I'm helping him out right now." Lightning looked towards Tech, "Ill be fine, this happens when i get worked up. I can't help it." Rainbow continued her conversation with Tech as she looked over the machine, "That was made by Twilight, she would be the only one that could answer your question about it, but if you can get it working, i have a score to settle."

@@Midnight_Aurora, Applejack looks at Tech, "Did you just call me a Rotten Apple?" Applejack stared at Tech for a few seconds, "Well its your funeral, don't say I didn't warn yea." Applejack moved to the side to allow you to walk passed. Upon entering you notice Rainbow holding Lightning up from falling over and a big machine in the middle of the room. Although the machine is not responsive to anything except making noise and an occasional spark being thrown from one of its Tesla coils.

@@Midnight_Aurora, @@xCuddlefish Applejack stops you before you enter, "I reckon you stay out of there, we already had one friend come up missing, we don't need you disappearing on us too." Lightning comes around the corner with Rainbow Holding him up, unable to stand on his own since his episode earlier, "I don't know what just happened but that was the weirdest thing i have ever saw." Lightning said as he looked towards the portal device in the middle of the room.

@, Twilight walked up to the towering Creature,"Let me be the first to apologize, Rainbow Dash and Lightning are not very good with confrontation, we just recently had a problem, and we need to figure that one out first. We don't mean to start another problem with you. Now, Pinkie has gotten rid of the two causing the most problems, I'm sure when they calm down they would be very glad to apologize too." @@Midnight_Aurora,@@xCuddlefish, @, @, As everyone was talking, a strange noise began to sound from inside the tree house. The portal that was since closed began to come to life. Lightning and Rainbow being closest to the noise noticed it first until it was load enough to be heard outside. The tree house began to glow with an eerie light, it wasn't until the tree was completely engulfed with light that the noise stopped and the Tree went back to normal.

@, Lightning didn't even notice being pulled from the outside to inside the house. His body was to a point of lock up, his whole body began to produce electric arcs around it as it now had a full charge of electric ready to be displaced. As he stood there he heard a familiar voice in the back of his mind. "You can calm down you know, not like I'm going to bite.". He couldn't quite put his hoof on to who it was, but he knew it sounded familiar. His body began to feel i little more calmer as he repeated the words in the back of his head. As he became calmer the electric build up that was being made slowly displaced until it was completely gone. Once Lightning was completely calm he noticed that Rainbow was staring at him with a smile. "Thinks for getting me out of that, I don't know what came over me." Lightning shock his head and fell to the ground, the build up of electricity had pulled the energy out of his body, "If you don't mind i'm going to need help getting back outside, i need to apologize to who ever that is."

@, With Storm talking to the big Creature, Lightning took the threat very hard, he began to charge up his Lightning attack and his eyes began to glow. He wasn't very subtle when it came to being threatened and he didn't take kindly to other ponies calling his ruler a pretender or anything to that extent. With the 'false god' comment it threw him over the edge and he wasn't going to calm down regularly. He would show anypony that he was not to be messed with.

@, ----Meanwhile----- Back in the human world, James sat down at his desk and waited for his final report of the situation outside the base, the random portal appearing outside the gate was not on his list of things to figure out, not with all the other stuff going on in the region. James got up from his chair and made his way to the briefing room. As James entered the room he noticed his new Recruit to the unit, "I take it your the man that was sent to me to help out with this portal problem?" James looked over John who stood in front of him. "Although i was looking for a more experienced soldier, but you will do," James turned around and grabbed a folder off the desk and threw it on the table. "This is the mission ahead of us," Read it careful, these parameters are not to be changed at any point, our main mission is to scout the area and determine if its hostile, if not, provide help if needed, do you understand these orders?" James stood there glaring at John, waiting on his reply. @,@@Midnight_Aurora, Lightning walked closure to show that he wasn't afraid, "you may be able to crush me, but you won't get out of this place alive. I don't take well to threats."

@,@, Lightning stood next to Rainbow and glared at the creature as well, "Yeah, i don't know what a xeno is, but we are ponies, we don't take kind to be laughed at or having our ruler being called a 'Fasle God'. Lightning stood about ready to go into a attack stance but waited for the first move from the creature. @@xCuddlefish, --Meanwhile-- You arrive to Ponyville to make a new start, knowing that the ponies there usually don't judge others, so you figured you could make a new life. Once arriving you notice a group forming outside a library and a very tall and strange creature.

@, @, Twilight Walked out the door, "Princess Celestia is no pretender, she is the strongest in all of Equestria and will back it up one hundred percent!" Lightning jumped in front of every pony, "I still don't trust him Storm, he don't belong here if he's calling Princess Celestia a pretender!"

@, @@Midnight_Aurora, Overhearing Storm on the outside of the house, Lightning looked outside, "Storm you might not want to do that, he looks a little mean." Twilight thought to herself, 'Origin Equestria?', "Thank you? Its an honor to meet you too." Twilight had no idea what the Colt meant but she decided it couldn't be bad if he tried to protect them. Watching the Colt stand ready to attack the figure was something that she didn't expect with everything going on. "Well Twilight, if that new Colt is going to stand against it, I reckon we help him out? Applejack said as she made her way outside, "You coming Rainbow, at least if we can't get the one that attacked Spike we can on this thing." Lightning watched as Applejack walked out the building and decided to follow, if anybody was going to get hurt he wanted to make sure it was him before any of the Mane Six.

@,@@Midnight_Aurora, @, Twilight responded with a little curiosity in her voice, "Where are you? Well your in Equestria, and the ruler here is Celastia," noticing the huge figure behind Tech she asked, "and by any curiosity, is the guy behind you with you?" she answered the big figure, "you are in Equestria, although i don't know who are." Lightning entered the building, he noticed that every pony was on edge, "Did I arrive at a bad time, what in Celastia is going on and what is with the big thing outside, he don't look like he belongs here and what do you mean some weird creature took Spike."

@@Midnight_Aurora, @, @, Twilight comments with a confused look, "Dimstar? I have no idea what your talking about, I've never even heard of that." Applejack looks around Twilight, "First we have some strange creature appear, and take Spike, and now we have a new pony appear, something just ain't adding up." Applejack looks behind the new colt and notices the huge figure standing behind him, "Rainbow, we might have a problem on our hooves here." Lightning was confused at the new pony and noticed the giant that came out of nowhere, he decided to make his way past the colt and into the house, "I'm sorry, but i need to get by you here." Lightning squeezed by the new colt and made his way into the library noticing the atmosphere of the room wasn't very pleasant. (OOC: Had to edit my post for Onyx, I need to wait on Storm to post before I move on)

@, "Well, I agree with Rainbow Dash," Fluttershy said, "we need to save Spike, he's going to be scared out there all alone." Twilight began to sigh, "I know, I miss Spike just as much as any of you," she began to make her way to the door, "but with the portal broken their isn't anything we can do right now. I agree with Applejack, we need help in this matter." @@Midnight_Aurora, As Twilight made her way to the door she heard a knock from the outside, "I wonder who that could be at a time like this." she opened the door to notice a Colt standing in her door way, "I'm sorry, i don't recognize you. Are you new around here?" --meanwhile-- Lightning noticed Twilight standing in the door talking to the new Colt and decided to see what was going on, he wasn't one for meeting new ponies, but if Twilight was talking to them it couldn't be to bad. @, As you enter the town you notice that the inhabitants are neither human or Xeno related.

@, Twilight looked over the portal, "From the looks of it," she looked closely at the controls and other equipment connected to the portal machine, "Its burned up, there is no way I'm going to be able to get this thing up and running again, and even if i did get it up and running, who knows where they took Spike." Twilight pounded her hoof into the ground. @@Midnight_Aurora, Meanwhile, Lightning was sitting on a cloud doing his Weather Observing, when he happened to look down and noticed a new looking pony in town near the library, he decided to fly down and see what this new Pony was up to, not looking like any of the other ponies around town he decided to take a little precaution with this new Colt.

"I see this place has lifeforms after all." The figure started making his way to them. "Stay away from them!" spike yelled as he jumped in front of the Mane Six. "A talking dragon?" The figure picked up Spike by his tail and looked at him closely, "This is truly an amazing place, wait until command hears about this." Twilight Sparkle yelled at the figure, "Put him down this instance!" The rest of the Mane Six jumped to the ready, "Yeah, where not going to have you hurt Spike!" Applejack said as she began to charge. The figure jumped at the sign of the ponies attacking him and retreated to the Portal, "Just so you know you won't be getting your friend back anytime soon." he then disappeared into the portal with it closing behind him. "Poor Spike, he's probably scared, i hope he's OK." Fluttershy said as she sat down in place. "Well, sugar cube, we don't want to start a panic," Applejack said as she walked to the door, "I think we should look for some help round here, There should be somepony who can help in this situation." @@Midnight_Aurora, You arrive in the middle of a field overlooking Ponyville, not knowing the exact time frame or dimension you decided to make your way to the town. @, After your travels through the Chaos Rift you appear suddenly out on a mountain overlooking what appears to be a village below you about a couple of miles away.

@,@@Littlecandylulu903, "Yeah, i guess your right, hopefully I'm never forced to stay on the ground, I love the sky to much since I found out I can live up there, but I guess if things are meant to be, there meant to be." Lightning looked at the other two ponies and gathered his composer, "You know what, lets just get to Twilight's, I don't want to be a worrying pony, Lets just get on about the day."

@@Littlecandylulu903, @, "If you ever could pick one place to stay, the sky would be the nicest place i could think of, the cool air, the peacefulness, everything is calm up there, I don't see how anybody who could live in the sky wouldn't." Lightning got lost in thought about losing the ability to be in the sky, and he started to show a little bit of a sadness, just enough for someone to notice, but didn't realize it till it was to late. Lightning walked beside Storm and Spellbind slightly behind them so that they wouldn't notice his sadness.
