She ends up becoming broke and distrauted until Applejack convinces her to not make any of the designs she didn't like. Rarity agrees, and everything becomes better. The others admit that they told her what they thought she wanted to hear rather than what she needed to hear.

The idea is that Rarity decides she should ask her friends for second opinions on her dresses. Her friends minus Applejack tells her the dresses are good every time. Applejack on the other hoof gives her honest opinion. Since the majority said yes for all of them, Rarity makes the dresses she designed even when they weren't good. No one buys the bad dresses, so she loses money. (cont.)

Maybe that's why I'm a screenwriter and they're not. Not a professional screenwriter, but I did study screenwriting and write screenplays. In fact, I may be the youngest person to create a TV show that I know of Unless there is someone under 19.

Why do most people believe fictional characters have a point where they can't be developed anymore? If we continue growing and learning, then why can't fictional characters? I came up with a great idea for a Rarity episode, for example. (Rarity and Applejack episode to be more precise, but more focused on Rarity.) Though unlike most bronies, I actually have some experience writing episodes for shows. Almost every episode idea everyone else comes up with is ridiculous.

I don't know. I wouldn't hold it past them, though. Rarity has been excluded several times before.

I get Rarity is the least favorite among the community (Not this forums) but maybe because of the lack of use of her character for the first half of season 1, too!

I'm disappointed with the entire season. Rarity barely did anything. Sure, she was mentioned, but for the most part, it was like she wasn't there except for Castle Sweet Castle.
