      no, that just means they either don't go online much or they're ignoring you. if they block you then they will always be offline.

      Actually, if they block you, it won't show as offline sometimes. Most times it will show as if they had just removed you from contacts, but no matter what you do, your messages won't get through.

      if it shows as they removed you then they actually removed you and it will have a question mark as their status
