    So, I've been making videos and drawing more passionately for the better part of the previous year, and I've managed to make a get the attention of a few people, but I'm looking to improve to make better content for everyone.
     
    A few months ago, I decided to try my hand at animation, and while it wasn't the best (I have no real formal training on the subject), it empowered me to do better with my next animation, and hey, it managed to get over 10,000 views on it, so there's that.
     
    But as of late, I've been wondering if I've been slipping my content on Youtube, and I'm looking for feedback on what I can do to improve my stuff so I can make the best product possible for people to enjoy. I am aware that my animation is clunky and isn't the smoothest, but down below I'll be providing a few of my more recent examples of my videos, and would love some critical feedback.

    I recently managed to pass the 200 subscriber mark a week ago, and I'm still getting subscribers at a decent rate (1 or two every two days is good in my opinion for my amount of content).

    And that's why I'm here.
     
    I've done some reviews, some riffs, a couple lets plays and even some speed paints. But I wanna show my 200 + subscribers that I appreciate them and I wanna be able to get more subs in the future that I can entertain. I don't care if I get popular or not, I just wanna put a smile on the faces of those who enjoy my work, and while I do run adds, I make them skippable.
     
    But I'm getting off track, I need to know what to do for a 200 sub special, I tried doing a contest, but no dice - I guess I'm not that well known enough to pull that off. So...
     
    Any suggestions on what I should do for a 200 sub special?
