  1. Yes, Arthur is aimed at a general audience, because they want the kids and their parents to watch. That's pretty much standard procedure with all kids shows.
  2. Its not just the references. That was just a small example that the show is aimed at a general audience. And yes Faust made the show good, and its still good, even without her.
  3. Oh boy another person who thinks that Faust was the only reason the show was good. Well at least that explains everything. Yes, Teen Titans Go gets good ratings and that's the problem. Green Lantern had good ratings too, and yet it was cancelled because the toys weren't put on the market, in other words the network played favourite with TTG, and that's not fair.
  4. No, the show was not just to create toys. Faust brought in people she knew from previous experience because she wanted the show to be enjoyed by kids and adults. She wasn't expecting it to become popular, but it did because Faust tried to make it a good show. And about Teen Titans Go, the reason why Cartoon Network cancelled Green Lantern was because the toys weren't selling, because they didn't even put them on the market, and yes people were watching Green Lantern as it was getting a million viewers and it was critically praised. Teen Titans got off scot free, because the network find the show easy to merchandise. That's it.
  5. Well, I've watched MLP since the very first episode in 2010, and let me tell you, it was a cartoon that I and a lot of people had been waiting for a long time. Before 2010, the majority of 2000's cartoons were mediocre or had no care to them. MLP FIM was something different, it had care and thought put into it. That's one of the major reasons why it became popular. Those other cartoons like Teen Titans Go, are nothing more than "Hey Kids like weird and bizarre stuff, lets just make it wacky without any thought put into it, and lets cancel the awesome "Green Lantern the animated series" while we're at it.
