    I joined the herd because of this site. I was a Cheezburger Network addict (particularly Memebase), and I decided to check out the "My Little Brony" site out of pure curiosity. I realized that a lot of the ponified memes and such were pretty funny, even though I didn't get most of the jokes. I decided to research a bit and maybe even watch an episode or two. So I found myself on the MLP:FiM Wiki site, learning the personalities of the mane six, figuring out who all the characters were, etc.. The next thing I knew, I was searching and watching full episodes on YouTube. I got hooked immediately. I watched all of season one and season two (up to the current episode) in less than a week by staying up at night with an iPhone and a cheap headset (so as not to be heard by my sister, whose room is adjacent to mine; the only divider being a freaking paper-thin wall, I swear).. Anyway, after that, I recorded them on TV and waited eagerly for each week's new episode. I also became a brony just in time for my birthday I got a bunch of pony stuff and art supplies. That's another part of where I started in the obsession; I was drawing my own ponies and all my friends as ponies I guess my story isn't all that strange.. lol ANYWAY! Welcome to The Forums, new friend!

    GAH!!! HE'S ADORABLE!!! YES I WILL DRAW HIM!!! I like to get an idea for his personality as well, as I "specialize" in showing character in drawings I start with sketches initially, get approval from the requester, and go from there.

    Alright, here's my application: I'm a grammar nazi, a punctuation perfectionist, a really good writer (based on the feedback I've received), and am excellent when it comes to rephrasing things without changing the intended message. I can nitpick, and I can do it well (and quickly, if needed). I don't have any professional experience, but I do mentally edit nearly everything I read. I've not written fanfics before, nor have I been an editor for anything like that. However, I have numerous well-written essays, and have proof-read/edited those of others before. Seeing as you don't have any other volunteers here, I hate to be your only option, but I do feel I would be a good one. Thank you in advance for your consideration, and I hope to hear back from you soon.

    I'm willing to try my hoof at it for ya! I'm a bit slow (OCD perfectionist), but I can do things pretty well once I commit to putting some effort into it XD I just did my first pony cuddling picture here!! Let me know if you think I'm good enough for this project! I can do digital (after I get the initial sketch approved by the requester). A rough digital I've done (it needs some touch-ups) can be seen here. (she's in the second post up from the bottom)

    I'm up for the challenge! Is it alright if I sketch him in pencil? At least initially, of course. My process usually goes something like this: Sketch-> Approve with requester-> Color/digitize. (if it goes that far) Anyway, what's his cutie mark? And, if you have time (or if he has an info page in the character database), I like to have an idea of a pony's personality before I draw them. I'll do him for ya either way, it's just a nice to know

    Haha ok, firstly, I seriously do draw ponies better than that usually.. The second one is alright, but I am unhappy with the first XD Second, yeah, he's a unicorn. The reference pic isn't, but his info page in the character says he's a unicorn..

    I'm really frustrated with how these drawings turned out... Please keep the following in mind as you view them.. 1. This is sooooo not my best work XP 2. I have a whole page to cover with him still 3. I'll draw him better next time, for sure. (promise!)
