So today, I just wanted to talk a little about fan-fictions. MLP fan-fictions I've read are often poorly written and/or poorly thought out but every once in a while I stumble across absolutely fabulous fan-fictions. The Order by Bad_Seed_72 was one. This story is set in an alternate universe were the three pony races, unicorn, earth pony, and pegasus, were not allowed to intermarry. Twilight Sparkle is a princess at this time and currently resides with Princess Celestia and Luna. The tale however is told from the perspective of the royal guard Flash Sentry and describes his struggle of being in love with Twilight, who he forbidden from being with.
First, this is a Flashlight ship, so all of you Flash Sentry haters will not enjoy this.
Second, this has a sequel so the story is not completed.
My thoughts:
I thought the writing alone was fantastic. It was educated with few, if any, mistakes. The story line was equally good. Enough said.
