So I've decided to quit smoking as a whole, I've noticed that my teeth are starting to turn yellow and my breath has gone really really bad. I realize now that I should just save myself from having to breath from a tube or getting cancer and dodge a bullet with this one, yeah? So I've decided to quit smoking both cigarettes and cigars. This is going to be tough, I've never suffered from withdrawal before but I never really did smoke 24/7 but my smoking habits have been pretty occasional. The reason my teeth might be turning yellow probably is the cigars, I never used a cutter I used my mouth to bite off the ends. So I'll let you all know how this goes and I've decide to become straight from smoking. I used to smoke to soothe my pain but I've realized that they're more ways to ease pain or stress other than smoking. So I'll let you know how it goes in a couple days or if I'm experiencing withdrawal.
If anyone bothers reading this sad blog post I just wanna say thank you.
Bonjour tout le monde, I know the month of January isn't over but since next week my classes start on the 25th I'll be extremely busy during most of that week so I had to taken this opportunity to write this pathetic piece of a blog so let me begin.
The only noteworthy thing that has happened to me in the month of January was my body, I had come across the is e-book back in August called "Body of a Spartan" by a cat called Victor Pride and my god... this will turn you into a blood thirsty warrior. First off there is no cardio, the weights are your cardio, no supplements needed, and you must lift hard and heavy. What I also liked about this book is the diet: 2 meals a day and no snacking. High fat, high protein, and low carb meals are the way to go while I was doing this program. My only gripe with this book is well... none, call me an asskisser if you want but I believe this book will give you the results you want with commitment, time, and patience. My results are the entry image above, I wish I had a before picture but I was to embarrassed of my body at that time.
I really recommend this book for anyone who wants to get extra lean, build muscle, or lose fat,
Disclaimer: I am in now way affiliated with Victor Pride, Bold and Determined, or Superdrive Publishings and I am in no way shape or form making any profit from this book.

Bonjour tout le monde, I'm back to report what I did this month and sadly nothing interesting really happened. Probably because I spend most of my time at school or working. I didn't do much for Valentine's Day since I don't have a significant other and I just find Valentine's Day pretty stupid. It's mainly a day were fools buy girls box of chocolates, cards, teddy bears, and other such nonsense, in short Valentine's Day is just not for me. However what I have been doing is messing around with my diet and I've just been experimenting with different diets. The current one I'm doing is called "Flexible Dieting", it's a diet the author of Iron & Tweed put together so he could stay lean while eating like a fat hog, it's based around getting enough calories and hitting the right macros based off of his height and weight (link: http://ironandtweed.com/flexible-dieting-stay-lean-plus-7-days-meals).My old diet was eating a 1 1/2 pound steak and 4 scrambled eggs twice a day and I did stay lean but my cholesterol levels went way the fuck up, since this diet was way to unhealthy for me I decided to try something else and I believe this is a diet that is worth trying. It begins with you having to track your calories and macros using an app called MyFitnessPal, since I stand 6'4" and weighing around 193 (at the time) pounds my average calorie intake is around 3,500 calories per day and I set my macros for a high fat/high protein intake while having a somewhat moderate carb intake since you need this nutrient for energy. I usually make my own meals but I like to follow most if not all of Nate's meals, my favorite being oatmeal with whey protein and peanut butter every morning, that shit is just delicious and I highly enjoy it with a cup of coffee. Also not to mention my favorite benefit of this diet is I get a cheat day (which is usually on a Saturday) and pig out on whatever I can get my hands on. Either it being a whole apple pie with vanilla ice cream or a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a shake, though I still try to keep a moderate track of what I eat as not to go overboard. I've been using this diet since the beginning of this month and still following my usual workout regime, I've got to say that I have been noticing a change in my physique during mid-February, my body started to become a bit more lean that with last month's diet. I recently had a physical 3 days ago and they weighed me and checked my blood, my triglycerides went from 412 to 387 and I lost 4 pounds! It's unbelievable how my cholesterol levels went down during the 28 days of following this diet and not to mention I also lost 4 pounds during that period. With this diet I have noticed a greater spike in energy while following this diet and combine that with a high calorie intake I believe that my body will become a lean mean machine in no time. In conclusion I absolutely adore this diet and I strongly believe that anyone trying get/stay lean this is the diet for you.
This has been your man Xylo and on a closing note I just want to say thank everyone who red this blog post. I plan to make a another blog called the "The Xylo Lifestyle" (pretty creative isn't it? :/). It's usually where I post about bodybuilding, diet, supplements, motivation, life, etc. It's usually about how I live my life and I decided to share my useless knowledge on how I live my life day by day. So until then I hope to post again to you all next month or soon, ciao.
