Survival against other groups would get boring if there is nobody else on the server, so we would have to have bosses and enemies for people to kill. Of course there could be PVP aswell but perhaps that could be in specific areas of the map.

That could be pretty cool aswell. Honestly dude, I'm going to be doing this from scratch. I have a bunch of other code that I have written for other projects that I can reuse so I wont need to rewrite all of it. I can throw the code up on GitHub and provide adequete documentation as well as some tools people can use for making characters, quests and whatnot.

Dont get me wrong, I have nothing against singleplayer and Im not going to pull some AAA developer stuff and make it entirly DRM. There could easily be a singleplayer mode as well as a multiplayer one. Sure dude, if you want to jump aboard you can. I'm going to start making the engine soon.

I was kinda thinking along the lines of a multiplayer RPG, like Realm of the Mad God if you know that game. People could set up their own guilds and invite members and everyone is kinda working together to take down one big force that is reaking havok on the planet. I guess that could be cool. Trying to restore peace in that way.

Ponyland got destroyed, the ruler of the land is dead and everyone is fighting for survival, different groups and clans have been set up. I dunno something like that I suppose.

I am looking for all types of creative people who would like to join together and create a game. Anyone is welcome to join in regardless of skill level or talent, we need artists, sound designers, programmers, people who can make music, story writers, translators we need you all. So if anyone wants to make a game drop a comment I was thinking of some sort of 2D RPG or something like that, I can write the engine by myself no worries.
