    Season 6 took a ton of risk and while taking a risk is well.....a risk. I am happy with what they did with the finale. A complaint I will agree with is Flurry Heart just existing.. Flurry Heart is in the Flash Sentry tier of useless characters.

    Absolutely and in all honesty since Hasbro and DHX are self aware of the brony fandom, instead of us being ostracized, we have been embraced by the very studio that produces the show. I am all for the fans being a part of the show, it makes it more personal. But back in early 2013, I knew I was getting into a show FOR CHILDREN! I knew it wasn't for my age demographic I didn't care. I loved the characters, colorful animation, the villains, Equestria itself and the songs. As far as kids shows go, this is more than basic syndicated animation, the people who animate it over at DHX I know love going into work everyday knowing that aside from a good paycheck, they're making everyone happy. We are sadly holding them to a high standard and its really bad for us as a fandom to do that for them.

      season 2 had canterlot wedding, my favorite all around soundtrack. Season 2 introduced two of the most popular villains. I think the show has changed so much, that many people are forgetting how FiM started... Season 1 being a slice of life show 100%

      Sure season 2 introduced Discord (my favorite villain), but it wasn't common for me to find an episode out of that season I enjoyed

      Season 1 still has songs that are worthy contenders if not better than newer seasons. Winter Wrap Up, Art of the Dress, Pony Pokee, At the Gala being some of the best season songs.

    LOE is the first EQG to not take place after a season finale. I speculate LOE takes place halfway through season 6.

    I have a theory that the throne is a symbol that the changeling used to rule what we call Equestria now. Maybe before the three pony races got together and formed Equestria.....Maybe the most powerful races were changelings and griffons.

    Powerpuff Girls did it with the Beat Alls(Beetles) why not MLP? A basic run down of the relationship between the active villains Chrysalis and Sombra I imagine would be willing to have a temporary truce. Chrysalis is smart, she is the type a villain I imagine repressing her pride for a small amount of time to each her goals like a true sociopath. Chrysalis and Sombra however would be in fear of Tirek since they know what he is capable of. Tirek I can imagine would do the same, use those two to reach his own goals.

    I am not a Sombra fan, but his fans need him back in the spotlight. Hell I was satisfied to get Chrysalis back after so many years. If Chrysalis, Sombra, Tirek and Adagio formed like a "sinister four"(see what I did there?) for season 7... I feel like everyone wins.

    Even if I don't get what I personally want from the movie... The DHX staff is gonna pour their heart and soul into it, which alone will transcend onto me. I have a feeling the movie will have something for everyone. I am predicting Chrysalis and changeling MIGHT be in the 2017 movie... Not gonna fully explain why to avoid spoilers... But I have vibes, that season 7 might start this Guardians of Harmony advertising for toys. What better way to do that... Than have Chrysalis, Sombra and Tirek for season 7 together?

    I can already predict bronies will love and hate the 2017 movie. In life, you can't please everyone. Overall whether I have a least favorite or favorite season, MLP has consistency with its episodes. Even if an episode is average or bad, I love these characters so the job has already been done.

    Had to make the title as vague as possible to avoid spoilers for people who regularly follow the televised broadcast. Is Chrysalis's throne made from some special Tarturus material? If this over powered object can halt a being like Discord, it has to have some deep lore that we know nothing of yet. How do you think the changelings got this? You think this throne was passed from changeling mother to daughter over generations?

    A nitpick.... I kind of like the idea of Chrysalis breeding a new hive and ultimately, a daughter who will be future Queen one day.

    If Hasbro were smart, they would keep Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Luna, Discord, Chrysalis and Spike... Just like how they kept Optimus Prime, Iron Hide, Bumblebee, Megatron, Galvatron, Starscream and so on and so forth.

    I am only buying the dvds for three reasons. 1.) I actually want to support the animators hard work 2.) Buying more of the dvds could lead to a possible blu ray release 3.) The video and audio may be bad(in terms of not having 1080p... I can deal with 480p for a cartoon) but I can at least rip them uncompressed on handbrake and make a digital copy. I don' know when the show will end... But I know we aren't losing the show any time soon. I figure when G4 ends... And G5(hopefully a sequel to G4) starts, you think Hasbro would be willing to release a limited print blu ray set? All the seasons of FiM? Audio commentaries? Brony con featurettes? Just a plethora of special features. I even think you can design the box set to be something unique. Have the fans create fan art for everything outside and inside the box. I had in mind a heavy booklet that served as a guide to every single episode with fancy artwork. I just want to get some ideas rolling for what a blu ray set can look like.

    I always wanted to get her autograph and meet her at brony con or some other convention. I can't confirm it to be true but people have said she doesn't like conventions. I got Tara's, Tabitha's and Rebecca's autograph in the two brony cons I have been to. Kathleen has played my favorite characters... Ed Edd Eddy's Kevin and Marie Kanker. Trixie and Chrysalis being in my top ten characters from the show. Other minor roles, she did play the intergalactic huntress from adventures of sonic the hedgehog. If you want a preview voice for what Queen Chrysalis would be 18 years later, go watch clips of that.

    I have never been one to 'hate' a season... I would say overall season 3 is my least favorite one, only has a few good episodes and the 13 episode thing is kind of awkward. But season 6 has been on par with season 5. Season 6 had a better finale than season 4 in my personal opinion.

      What season she would have succeeded Celestia would be pure speculation. I got the impression Lauren would have made the show more adventurous. Like her husband, Craig, she would use characters already created to expand on them and not keep pumping out new ones.

      Season 3 was planned as the last season from the very beginning, but Hasbro saw great success in it, so they pushed Mccarthy and the others. Larson said many times, that he had to change the script for Magical Mystery cure, so it feel like an actual ending.

       

      Also, i am happy that it's Slice of Life.

      I'm not saying action for 26 episodes all the time... Just a balance because for slice of life, you have the flaw of "topic scrapping" You have this vast and imaginative world and I would like to see more.. And thankfully season 5 and 6 did that.
