@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, ((OOC: Isn't the speed of the Bagon still at normal levels because of Electroweb lowering it by 1 stage then Drag Dance increasing it by 1 stage? Well I guess whatever works. *Shrugs*)) Jason watched the Bagon quickly covered the distance to Lumi, its mouth ablaze with fire. Jason cringed as the Bagon began to strike, he knew a super effective fire attack would be devastating. Lumi tried to roll towards the side to avoid the attack, but the fire fang still managed to graze her. It was not a direct hit but the attack hurt quite a lot causing her to grimace in pain. Lumi recomposed herself and quickly began to fill the battle space with a hailstorm making visibility drop. She backpedaled away from the sleeping Bagon channeling the chilling icy air towards the dragon in an attempt to hurt it while lowering its speed to a manageable level. Jason looked relieved when Lumi recovered from the attack. He smiled as the cold hailstorm filled the arena space obscuring Lumi from view. Jason remained silent and watched what the Bagon would do next.

Agreed. I've tried CV and the ult timers are not to be overlooked. It has gotten me a quadra kill in ranked game recently. I was playing a rather fed Vayne and was getting ganked bot by the mid and jungler plus the ADC and support in lane so it is a 4 v 2. I did not know if my support Sona (who was a pub) had ult. I was rather fed and knew if they got stunned I would be able to kill the two biggest threats (mid and jungler) before the CC wore off. I saw she had 10 seconds on ult so I baited them to chase us then quickly told her to ult and pinged the targets. And with that I finished the rest off getting a quadra kill and just snowballed the entire game from there. Ended by 23 minutes. I would of just tried to run instead of getting a quadra if all I saw on Sona's picture was that her ult was on cooldown.

I'm quite sure @firetorn does not need it. The thing is the people that DO need it are then put on equal footing with people who don't know the timers. That is a pretty big advantage. Also the ult timers allow you to keep track of your allied ults without them needing to call it out, putting people who do use CV at an advantage. Also, blue and red buff spawn every 5 minutes not 2. Dragon spawns every 6 minutes not 5. Baron spawns every 7 minutes. The Wight, Wolves, Wraiths and Twin Golems spawn every 50 seconds. -Glaceon

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, "That's not good...." Jason mumbled as the Bagon began to Dragon Dance. "Joltik come back. Lumi you're up. You know what to do." He said as his two Pokemon switched places. Jason was confident that Lumi could easily dispatch this Bagon with her type advantage. He gave Lumi a reassuring nod as she entered the battlefield. Lumi kept her distance from the Bagon and barraged it with several ice shards in hopes of wearing it down.

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, Jason frowned as the Bagon began to use a fire type attack. He knew that it would be super effective against both of his pokemon. "Joltik dodge the attack and counter with one of your own." Jason instructed. The Joltik side stepped forwards; his small size and the slowed down Bagon let him easily step under the Bagon's dive. As he did so the little bug used Electroweb aimed straight as the Bagon's flaming mouth. "Jolt!" Jason smiled as his Joltik dodged the attack. He heard the familiar voice of Allen. He turned towards his friend and waved then turned his attention back to the battle.

@Umbreon, Jason nodded as Clair stated the rules rules. He turned to his Joltik as the battle started. "Joltik, go use thunder wave." He instructed his electric type. Joltik quickly scuttered towards the Bagon and waves of electricity shot out towards the dragon type as it danced. If the attack connected it would leave Bagon paralyzed.

@@Umbreon, Jason did not quite expect to see Lance here. He recognized the famous dragon trainer from the TV ang magazines. From what Jason could make out, Clair was in a rotten mood. "I uh... I don't have any badges in this region at the moment.... This would be my first gym challenge in Johto." Jason answered looking downwards somewhat shamefully as he walked towards the arena. After a brief conversation with Clair, Lance had left the gym before Jason could say anything further. "Alright, I have two pokemon with me right now so I assume we will be using two pokemon each?" Jason gestured towards his Joltik and the electric type stepped into the arena. He turned to Clair to see what she would send out first.

@@Umbreon, Lumi's ears picked up the sound coming from the back area of the gym. She tugged on Jason's pants and walked towards the source. "What is it Lumi? Lead the way." Jason knew that Lumi would call his attention to something if it was notable. After walking through the narrow bridge towards near the back of the gym Jason began to hear the sounds of a conversation. One of the voices sounded like Clair while the other was unknown to him. Jason approached the door and knocked. "Hello? Miss Clair? Are you in there? If you are not too busy I would like to challenge you for the Rising Badge when you are next available." Jason said in a loud but respectful tone, so that those behind the door could hear him.

@@Umbreon, Jason was awoken by web being sprayed on his face. "Gah. What's wrong?" He said pulling the sticky webbing from his face. The Jolteon gestured to his mouth with his small leg. "Oh are you hungry? I'll get you some food soon. Hold on; Just let me get up." Jason stood up and fixed himself for the day. After several minutes he walked out of the room looking his usual neat self. He headed towards the gym but not before passing by the nearby bushes to get some berries. "Here you guys go. Eat up, we have a battle coming." He gave the his Joltik one while he gave Lumi several pieces. His two Pokemon ate the berries happily. Jason arrived back at the gym and entered. He looked around for Clair hoping to challenge the gym leader.

Ah. I see. I'm way more passive as an ADC. I love BotRK on Vayne and usually get this first on her. On others I usually get BotRK as a situational item depending on the opponents. *Cough* Udyr *Cough* (Dat MS leach.) BT on Twitch does make sense. I can't wait to try the new reworked rat. (Patch hitting the PH servers in 6 hours.) -Glaceon

@@Umbreon, @@Leafeon, ((OOC: I think @Leafeon did not see my post. It's alright I guess.)) Jason watched Stella walk off to a room not even turning to notice him. "I guess she was tired and sleepy... Oh well." He turned towards the direction Stella went off too and headed towards a vacant room. "Thanks for the room Nurse Joy." He said as he walked of and signaled for Lumi to follow. Jason picked an empty room and went inside. The room was simple and consisted of a desk with a chair and lamp and a bed. Jason hung his jacket by the doorknob and put his pack and shoes on the floor next to his bed. "Goodnight Lumi and Joltik. Get some rest for we have a big battle tomorrow." He said to his two pokemon who lay by the foot of the bed. "Glaci." "Joltik!" His two pokemon replied and Lumi gave him a nod before they all went to sleep.

@firetorn, you play ADC as your main role right? Any suggestions on a build order for Twitch as I want to add him to my champion pool. Been wondering how to build him and whether to get BotRK or BT on him. -Glaceon

I was able to revive my laptop that died about two months ago. Had to pull out a new HDD though so I am reinstalling everything. Will have LoL NA in a few days. I look forward to playing with you guys again. -Glaceon

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, @@Leafeon, ((OOC: I'm going Jason gave Noi a gentle pat on the head before she left with Allen. "I'll be at the Pokemon center if you need me." He told his friend as he left for the Dragon's Den. "Goodnight Miss Clair, good luck during tomorrow's battle." He said towards the gym leader respectfully before departing for the Pokemon center. Jason decided to let Lumi out of her Pokeball as they walked towards the Pokemon Center. The familiar sight of his Pokemon appeared before him after a brief flash of light. "Well Lumi, it looks like we will be having that battle tomorrow. How are you feeling? We are headed to a Pokemon center for the night, if you want to recover with Nurse Joy that is alright. I know you had a bunch of battles today." Lumi shook her head "Glacy." She replied shaking her head indicating she wanted stay with Jason. "Alright then." He replied. Jason felt something stir in his pocket; he knew who it was. A yellow Joltik popped out and quickly crawled his way down Jason's pants and jumped on to Lumi; quite happy to be with his new found friend. "Jol Jolt!" He squeaked happily. The trio entered the Pokemon Center and Jason walked up to the counter while Lumi went to one of the nearby empty chairs and lay down and waited for Jason to finish his talking to Nurse Joy. "Good evening Nurse Joy. Do you have a room available for the night? I hav--" Jason stopped talking as he noticed the girl from the gym earlier standing next to him looking like she was waiting on a reply from Nurse Joy. "Sorry. I did not notice you were talking to Nurse Joy." Jason apologized to Stella and took a step back from the counter giving the girl some space. "I saw you talking to Clair earlier, and since you are here at this hour I assume you are not a local. Were you there to battle her? If you don't mind me asking." He asked Stella with a slight smile.

@@Umbreon, @@Aerodynas, ((OOC: Derp I forgot that it was already late in the evening in RP time.)) Jason sighed; slightly disappointed at the fact that he missed the Gym before it closed for the day. "Sorry for bothering you this late in the evening. I guess I'll challenge you first thing in the morning." Jason apologized to Clair keeping a respectful tone. "Who would have the gall attack the Dragon's Den anyway? Why would they do it?" He asked no one in particular before turning to his friend. "Do you want some help with those Dragons?" He offered Allen, not knowing about the policy of requiring proper permission before entry to the Dragon's Den was allowed.

@@Aerodynas, @@Umbreon, @@Leafeon, Jason entered the the gym with Allen following shortly behind him. "I guess I'll try to get that badge. Hopefully a type advantage would prove to be the deciding factor." Jason knew that Lumi's ice attacks would prove devastating to most dragons and counted on that advantage. The first thing Jason noticed was a the hot temperature of the gym. Surprisingly Clair was right by the entrance talking to a girl. "Excuse me. Is Gym leader Clair here? I was hoping to challenge her for a badge." He asked the two respectfully not realizing Clair was one of the two girls in front of him.

@@Aerodynas, ((OOC: Hope you don't mind to get to Blackthorn already.)) Jason nodded towards his friend and they continued to walk towards Blackthorn. "Well, if it means anything. I'm glad to have you with me and I am sure Lumi would like it too." He said to Allen as they walked. After a few moments they arrived at the town's entrance. "I guess I'll try the gym here. The leader's name was Clair, right? Anything you could tell me about her?" He asked curiously as Jason walked towards the gym.

@@Aerodynas, ((OOC: Posting from my phone so my spelling/grammar might be a bit off. I also won't have any font colors. I'll edit this in as soon as I get on a PC. I might also lack paragraph formating.)) Jason gave Allen a nod. "Lumi, if you want you can spend the trip to town in your pokeball. Fighting a bunch of steel types must of been tough." He offered Lumi. Jason's Glaceon responded with a nod and she was returned to her pokeball in a flash of light. The two trainers set off towards Blackthorn. Jason thought about what was happening to Allen. Like Lumi he began to piece together the little things they talked about getting a general idea of what was going on with his friend. After several minutes of walking together Jason spoke. "Allen, I'm sorry." Jason's tone sounded more serious than his usual self. "I know you've been feeling not up to par with some other trainers; and me showing up probably made you feel worse. I want you to know; though I have yet to witness you battle. I think you are an outstanding trainer. Being a pokemon trainer is not just about battles and victories but the relationship you have with your pokemon. You have something a lot of others lack. You show care, empathy and genuine interest for the pokemon with you. You are a great pokemon trainer. Though you may not think that way just give it time and effort and you will end up far greater than any of your peers." Jason finished his speach to Allen and looked down. "Now once we get to Blackthorn; if you want to part ways. I understand. Lumi will probablly miss you." Jason did not want to lose his only friend in Johto but if Allen wanted him gone he would respect that. The Joltik listened to Jason's speach from his shoulder remaining quiet the whole time. ((OOC: I am so terribad at making these motivational speeches. :| ))
