    Yup, just a dance move. The 'booty shake' has been around since the 50's, along with the shimmy and the hustle, and its only seen as sexually conative because of the appendage being shaken (we all have butts ^^) and because of people like Minaj and Beyoncé. Before this, the booty shake was standard as you needed to swing your hips a lot to dance, and the butt moves with the hips, of course ^^ The animation is there to show us that they're not all wooden planks learning to waltz XD

    He's not more sane, just more controllable because he listens to fluttershy's suggestions and enjoys the outcomes: Usually, more friends. Like Q from star trek, he has all the power in the universe, but he's lonely and didn't quite understand that the things he did made people dislike him more. When fluttershy looks past that he notices people accept him more when he tones it down a notch^^

      Fimfiction, if you want a story, Fallout: equestria or memoirs of a royal guard are pretty good stories.

    Right. Well first off, watch MLP till Twilight becomes an alicorn. Then go to the first EG movie. U'll find that twilight is the twilight from ponyville who's gone into the human world. Secondly, if the graphics and designs are a problem for you, then close your eyes for the first 10-15 mins, and you can rest assured knowing the v/a's are still the same. Literally the only difference between MLP and EG is that they are human versions. If it's not your cup of tea, then just don't try it. Other than that if you can get over the minor cringe factor and character design, they become relatively good animated movies. I was the same at first, but I continued watching it and apart from the friendship games (one or two songs are good but the premise was weak - the other 3 films are definitely better) I accepted it for what it was, a spin-off show that happens to utilize the same voice actors. Plus, Pinkie Pie was my favourite character anyway and regardless of shape she's always the same ^^

    At the moment, a mix of Deus ex mankind divided, street fighter neon, battlefield 1, GTA V and Fallout 4... I switch between games CZ I get bored of the same thing repeated, so I switch it up often

    I don't know bout anyone else, but with a world lined up to screw me for being me, Shine like Rainbows makes me want to cry every time I hear it. MLP truly saved my life, I thought the world as going rotten and someone came up with an animation that's so funny, but mainly so REAL when it comes to friendship lessons, that I decided that NOT jumping off a tall building could also make me feel included in the world. All of us I'm sure at least once or twice have been let down, shamed, left out etc. And I'm also sure that I'm probably not the only one who has felt this way either in the past or currently. Shine like Rainbows makes me feel I'm no the only one in this world who feels this, and it also kind of says everything I want to say about the show itself, right from the centre of my heart^^ Ingram, sir, you are a genius and a mastermind of sound, keep up the good work. What are everyone else favourite songs from Rainbow Rocks?

    Defo vinyl Scratch n Octavia , but the mane 6 are too good a set of friends to let the complications of romance destroy the group. Romance always starts off nice, but can and usually leads to conflicts when both people aren't getting what they want. Whilst the ponies would eventually work it out with their above average skills at dealing with this stuff, I don't think any of them would START a relationship for fears of destroying what they have already

    Rainbow Dash would like the attention, but Pinkie would immerse herself, whereas RD would hold everyone back or fly off (Y'know, to be that 20% cooler). Pinkie would stop and stay, whereas RD and the others would eventually all freak out and split ^^

    It is always unintelligent for a parent to assume they know what their child is into, and whether it is a bad influence on them if they aren't displaying any misbehaviour. Not only that,but children can end up resenting parents for not 'getting' them. They can be too quick to judge via their own beliefs but if explained or taught otherwise it won't change, either. Next time just say 'i cdnt help overhearing, and actually its about etc etc. They might change their minds with a bit more info behind their decisions ^^

    I am the same, no money to help charitable causes, especially at this time of year -.- However, if you're just sending canned tins or non-perishable food to homeless charities, it will be appreciated. If you can live without a box of tea or a canned breakfast, there will always be someone who will be grateful for your contribution (regardless of how little you give). Plus it will also take away any repressed guilt you are feeling ^^
